The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Booking and receiving a bespoke package was easy, with regular correspondence from the lion king adventures customer service team. They were always professional and efficiently dealt with all queries-I would definitely recommend. Having this experience prior to leaving the UK reassured us of an exciting and successful safari….and we weren’t disappointed! Enock was an exceptional guide, he had specialist knowledge of a wide range of topics, from the ecosystems of the various regions we visited, to how they’ve formed, and the human communities that have inhabited these areas. He made an extra effort to ensure he learned about our safari goals and worked tirelessly to make sure we had these met (our lion and leopard hunts were pretty thrilling!). His passion for the region is clear and his excitement at seeing wildlife in their own habitat, despite him doing this for years, was pretty special. We had an amazing time, this safari exceeded all our expectations….prepare to be wowed! We will be recommending this company to our friends and family for sure.

Outstanding service and experience provided by Lion King Adventures. Our 5-day safari surpassed all expectations for me and my husband on our honeymoon. Everything was seamless - all transfers, accommodation check ins, communication with Pendo when initially booking, were handled amazingly. We were truly lucky to have had our guide Musa take us on the journey through Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorogoro. Musa shared all of his knowledge on the areas and wildlife and looked after us so well. He made us feel comfortable, safe and really made us laugh. Genuinely he made the trip unforgettable. Thanks to his experience as a guide, and unbelievable knowledge of the roads and routes in the Serengeti, we got to see the big 5! I will recommend Lion King adventures to absolutely anyone that is interested in doing a safari. Plus, if we ever are lucky enough to get to do this type of trip again, we will hands down be coming back to Lion King - and we will be requesting our now good friend Musa! Our 5-day luxury safari with Lion King Adventures exceeded every expectation we had. From our very first inquiry, the team was fantastic to work with — they customized our entire itinerary based on what we wanted and took care of every detail, including all transportation and accommodations. Communication was excellent throughout, with the staff keeping us updated every step of the way, both before the trip and with on-site support once we arrived. Our guide, Murshid, truly made the experience. He was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every part of our safari was the best it could be. If you’re considering a luxury safari, we cannot recommend Lion King Adventures enough. This was a trip of a lifetime, made seamless and unforgettable by a team that clearly cares about getting every detail right.

A once in a life time experience. Freddie was a 10/10 safari guide. He made our trip the best it could possibly be. He was top notch at spotting the animals. We saw the big five over the course of our 5 day safari. I was struggling with hip issues and he made sure to stop every 30 minutes without fail, making me feel really comfortable and looked after. I didn't need to ask once to stop and have a stretch break, he was so considerate. Lion king adventures were an excellent company to book with, they sorted everything out for us and went out of their way to accommodate extra requests such as a different drop off and a jeep with reclining seats. The accommodation that we stayed in was out of this world, particularly Nyota luxury camp. Seeing elephants whilst relaxing at the pool was mind-blowing. In summary our trip was everything we hoped it would be and more and would not have been the same without Freddie. Thank you so much

I’m not sure words will truly do our experience justice. Our 5 day safari with Lion King Adventures was truly the trip of a lifetime. A huge part of that was our incredible guide, Hamadi. He was one of the kindest, most genuine people we only could have wished for. His passion for wildlife was infectious, and his depth of knowledge of the animals, birds and the surrounding landscapes across all of the parks was so detailed & informative. Thanks to his expertise, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five and so much more. Every game drive was exciting, educational, full of wildlife & simply unforgettable. What really stood out was the people & how they talk about the culture at Lion King Adventures. Every single person talked with such passion & gratitude towards the company - something that was not common across many tour companies. We met many amazing staff throughout the trip who were warm, welcoming and genuinely cared about making our experience special. A special mention to Peter & Pendo, who planned & organised our trip with such bespoke thought, care & detail. Also to Hamadi, Gida, Faith, Frank, Arafa, Maria, Tuaimani, Doreen, Mollel amongst every other staff we fail to name personally, for being the most beautiful people to spend time with & make our experience so special. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We really appreciate them all. The accommodation and food exceeded all expectations. Everything felt luxurious, and the complimentary happy hours drinks at each stay were a wonderful touch. We also had the most extensive mini bar which was complimentary at Rift Valley. All three accommodations were luxury, particularly Nyota Rift Valley - a new complex opened only a day before we arrived. We were also lucky enough to experience Maasai dancing & exploring their culture, which isn’t something necessarily offered however the staff were so passionate to share their culture with us around the fire. It was incredibly special and something we'll remember forever. My partner has coeliac disease (strict gluten free diet), and we were genuinely blown away by how well Lion King catered for him. The chefs and staff took every precaution, provided amazing gluten-free meals throughout the trip, and he didn't have a single reaction the entire time. That level of care made such a difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment, as if you’re coeliac or gluten free, the challenge in eating in certain countries can often be tricky. The food was also so delicious! This was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives, and we cannot recommend Lion King Adventures highly enough. If you're considering booking a safari in Tanzania, Lion King Adventures is the place to book.

We had an amazing first week of Honeymoon. Yusuph our guide was super knowledgeable, helpful and experienced at spotting wildlife. We couldn’t have asked for a better first week of our holiday. The experience with Lion King Adventures was second to none and we would wholly recommend booking with them! This was our first safari and first time in Tanzania, and we have made incredible memories that we can’t wait to tell everyone about at home.

We saw every animal you would hope to see thanks to our wonderful guide Benjamin. He knew where to find all the animals and was very educated and could answer every question we asked. The food and lodging was also above par. Everyday we were served authentic delicious food for breakfast lunch and dinner. The camps provided more than I expected not to mention the very upbeat and king hearted staff. My safari experience was a 10/10.

We had a wonderful experience! Our guide, Benjamin was awesome. He was happy and friendly and fit in great with our family. He was knowledgeable and knew where to find the animals while also accommodating what was important to us. We really enjoyed our time with him. The accommodations were comfortable and accommodating and the food was good and authentic. We really enjoyed our time in Africa!
