Do not book this excursion with Freshverde holidays. We booked through the Viator app the day before and paid upfront. The reason we booked this excursion was because it included a pick up from the hotel (8am). After 5 mins we contacted the support number provided and it just kept ringing, even though their website states they are open from 8am to 5pm. We continued calling and between 8:30 and 9am they kept on putting the phone down after the first ring. This is so unprofessional!
A whole day ruined thanks them.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience and a fantastic tour guide named Jeremy. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and made the tour more fun. We enjoyed the speed boat experience, seeing the sea turtles and monkeys in the wild. We saw five islands which were stunning, saw a lighthouse, a waterfall and snorkelling which was amazing. Had a great lunch on the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful including our driver Nikhail who picked us up and drove us back who was very informative and knowledgeable about Mauritius. I would highly recommend these guys to you if want a memorable trip.

The excursions were very disappointing!
We booked 2 excursions through Secretoo in Mauritius.
The first was swimming with dolphins in a speedboat. We were not lucky enough to see many dolphins because nature decides! However, it was shocking; there were so many boats and people jumping around everywhere like savages to see the dolphins. It looked like a jungle; it was very dangerous and very reckless. Because of all this, we could not see the dolphins; what a shame, the poor creatures that have to endure this! It's every boat for itself, the selfish and the wild. There are no rules to follow; it's unbelievable!
The second excursion, a tour of 5 islands, we do not recommend; there is nothing to see! You can only see the islands from a distance; the only one you can visit that is somewhat pretty is Île aux Serre, and even that is dirty with a lot of seaweed and many people.
Moreover, our experience was disastrous: A catastrophe!
We had a very disappointing excursion. We just returned exhausted after 7.5 hours on the boat! We saw nothing interesting nor enjoyed anything during this excursion.
We found ourselves on a catamaran instead of a speedboat, so it was not as planned. With a crew that was not as expected. There was a crew of 4 young people on the catamaran who were wild, with loud music for 7.5 hours, drinking beer, smoking, and talking loudly... it was crazy! A very disappointing excursion that was absolutely not up to par and not interesting... we are exhausted and very disappointed with this excursion and this experience with the Secretoo agency.
I didn't pay for that! And it cost a lot! Disappointed!!!

Concernant la nage avec les dauphins, nous comprenons parfaitement votre ressenti. L’observation des dauphins reste une activité liée à la nature et malheureusement l’affluence de bateaux certains jours peut effectivement impacter l’expérience. Nous partageons également votre préoccupation concernant le respect des animaux et de la sécurité en mer.
Pour l’excursion des 5 îles, nous sommes vraiment navrés de lire votre déception concernant l’ambiance à bord et le déroulement de la journée. Ce n’est absolument pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos visiteurs. Vos remarques ont bien été prises en compte et seront transmises à l’équipe concernée afin d’améliorer la qualité de nos prestations.
Nous espérons malgré tout que vous garderez de beaux souvenirs de votre séjour à Maurice et nous vous remercions encore pour votre retour honnête.

A good trip with a few notes!
The excursion was interesting, although we did not visit 5 islands, the weather was very rainy, it turned into a bit of a drinking party, and for sensitive stomachs, no salad should be eaten (Caution: Risk of diarrhea!). The 3 islands we visited were not as spectacular as in Asia with fine sand and palm beaches. So no brag-worthy pictures were possible, but it was still a good trip, a beautiful waterfall, some monkeys that boarded our boat, a great captain,…
We would have liked a little more time for snorkeling and a shorter break for lunch instead.

Day boat
Beautiful day by motorboat between stops at the various beautiful islands and the super snorkeling spot. Good grill on the beach of Ile aux Cerfs. To do!
