Nacho was a terrific driver and Maria (who libmves in Segovia) was a joy as a tour guide. I would suggest that 5 hours is not enough for the 2.5 hour round trip drive and tour. This should be at LEAST six hours to see everything at a relaxed pace. Seven if you want to shop and eat at all.

Aqueduct and city of Segovia.
Guide was very knowledgeable. At the start of the tour, she provided a history of Segovia to help us understand what we were about to see.
A little over an hour from Madrid. Can was comfortable and cool.
Tour itself lasted about 2 hours.

Segovia Adventure
Our family (two adults and 'children' ages 21 & 18) thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Segovia and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Our driver, Edouard, was punctual & courteous, and the vehicle - a Mercedes Sprinter - was clean & comfortable. Our tour guide in Segovia - Ignacio - was knowledgeable, pleasant and outgoing, which made for easy interactions.
In addition to recommending Edouard & Ignacio, we recommend nothing longer than a 3-hour tour of Segovia proper (exclusive of travel time) and highly suggest a 20-30mins visit (midway through the tour) to the bar at the Restaurante Jose Maria for drinks & tapas .

Great tour experience!
I don't usually do reviews but I feel that I need to tell you how truly satisfied we were with your services. Both tours were excellent. Your tour guides are experienced, knowledgeable and very personable, as were your drivers. Your communication is excellent. Everyone was on time. It was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves on both tours. I note that you provide tours in other parts of Europe and, as such, I will use you again.
