We had Mira, wonderfully experienced tour guide with a mix of German and Norweigan roots and perspectives on the culture. The secret dish was surprising but absolutely works, and the rest of the stops are delicious and well-spaced.

The experience was great, we got to see and taste the real oslo and see what is to offer away from the tourist hot spots, janica was a great host, easy going, down to earth, knowledgeable and very passionate and professional. I'd definitely recommend this for people who have never been to Norway or oslo.
