Good and safe experience, especially for solo travellers. You get your own vehicle with driver who picks you up and takes you to all the tour stops and to and from your hotels as well. The car was comfortable with AC. The driver in particular was excellent, especially around very busy Delhi roads. The guides were also great. Just be aware aware that the stops in markets are highly orchestrated stops that have vendors that can be very pushy in terms of selling you stuff. The tour guides earn commission from any sales. This applies to all tours around India, not just this particular tour. The block print shop person in Jaipur in particular was very pushy and frankly made me a bit uncomfortable (I would avoid going to that shop just because of him). The hotels that came as part of the deal I booked were quite good. Overall, I still think this was a good way to cover some of the major tourist spots in 3 cities.

We did the 5 day luxury Golden Triangle tour Delhi-Agra-Jaipur with Crystal India Holidays. I had booked it directly with the operator's website to personalise it .We are a family of 2 grandparents in their 70s, my husband , sister and myself and 3 teenage kids .We arrived from London and were promptly picked up in 10 seat luxury ac Force Ventura tempo van - very comfortable luxury leather recliner seats, AC, bottled mineral water limitless supply in a ice cooler box. The guide Lucky and the driver Santhosh were extremely hospitable and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at the Meriton Hotel presidential suite in Delhi, Jaypee Palace in Agra and Intercontinental in Jaipur. I am very fussy about hotels and have travelled to many countries and was genuinely impressed. The breakfast buffet was great and the places we stopped to eat were hygienic and very clean. The guide Lucky was very knowledgeable in the history and would have quiz for the kids. He was humorous and would share anecdotes and discuss local culture and politics .It was a very relaxed trip where we could take our time and enjoy the sites - This is something not to be missed - Humayuns tomb in Delhi, of course the Taj Mahal and the Jaipur palaces were simply breathtaking and the children were able to appreciate the beauty and grandeur of the Mughal empire and Jaipur royalty. The step well in Delhi Agrasen ki Baoli was also a pleasant find in the midst of a residential colony and Chandni Chowk was also interesting. Jaipur pink city was a different look .with lovely city gates, grand palaces and interesting architecture.The tour operator always kept us informed via whatsapp and the driver Santhosh was very careful and safe. Instead of returning back to Delhi by the coach on the last day , we were dropped at the airport to board a flight from Jaipur Airport to South India to continue our holiday elsewhere. Overall I highly recommend this trip and have already told my friends in UK about it.Thanks Lucky and Santhosh,

What a fantastic experience touring around the markets and temples of New Dehli, seeing the Taj Mahal and Agra fort along with the exquisite places in Jaipur regarding the historical sites and textile/gemstone industries. Lots of history to be had and clearly never enough time to see it all.

First time visiting India and choosing the 5 day triangle tour was the best option for us. Crystal India Holidays, our tour coordinator took care of the logistics for our trip and constantly checked in to verify how everything was going and if we required assistance with anything! They were very responsive in this area. Our driver Ashok was outstanding in navigating the organized chaos traffic that is unique to India cities, he was outstanding and kept the cold water bottles coming at every stop to keep us hydrated. Our guides Himanshu (Dehli) , Arif (Agra) and Gaurav (Jaipur) were all great, very knowledgeable, spoke clear English and taught us so much about the Indian culture and history. Highly recommend these your guides if they are available. The tour was well organized and activities spaced out so you had time and did not feel rushed.

You get to visit all the most important sites in the Delhi area. I would do some research beforehand what you spesifically want to do in Delhi and Jaipur, as there are many sites, and some less interesting. Ashok, our driver, was wonderful and let us have the most wondeful time driving. We had some great tour guides, all whom were exceptionally good at taking photos. Our last guide in Jaipur had the best knowledge on the city, and answered our questions with ease. I would recommend this tour as it was a great way to see areas around Delhi, and I would recommend to research beforehand so you can adjust it to your pace and wants. For us it was especially nice to get 5-star hotels, as the hygiene is variable.

We can’t say enough good things about this tour. Our driver Madan was wonderful-prompt and caring. Always there with bottles of cold water. We felt very safe with him through traffic. The local guides were terrific. Pinki in Delhi, Manoj in Agra and Yogi in Jaipur. The local tours were full of wonderful history and local culture. We were guided every step of the way. We booked our own hotels so can’t comment on the hotels that can be opted into. Overall our family had a great time. Definitely worth it!!!

I have worked with the company for almost half year for this trip. Along the way, they aways patiently to answer every questions that I have. Make me feel very comfortable to travel in India with a group of eight friends. During the trip, all the arrangements are professional done. From hotel rooms to travel van, in addition to all the wonderful sightseeing. We would recommend Crystal Holiday to anyone who wants to visit India.

This is a 10/10 way to see India. Private guide, customized itinerary, air conditioned vehicle, it's so easy you don't have to worry about anything! If you are worried about getting around, getting tickets, or anything else, book this immediately! We were given 5 star treatment and we're never pressured to do anything on the itinerary. The whole tour was extremely organized and we were never wondering what we were doing next. Honestly it was the best tour we've ever been on! Dilip our guide was absolutely amazing and was so accommodating with our requests of eating at nice restaurants, shopping, and taking countless pictures. If you're planning on going to India, you need this tour! You won't regret it!

This experience was absolutely incredible. Our tour guide Rasheed was amazing! He takes the most incredible pictures, it actually looks professionally taken. All tour guides were knowledgeable and professional. The private driver was very professional and on time. For my first time in India and not knowing what to do. I am extremely happy I booked this tour guide. I made the right decision and I enjoyed exploring this beautiful country!

This was a great experience. The guides were very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the sites we visited. They also kept us away from panhandler, which was appreciated. The driver was very safe. They chose good places to eat that were hygienic and delicious. Would recommend this experience.
