古い伝統と新しいスタイルが難なく融合した活気あふれるエリア、チャイナタウンでシンガポールのストリート フードの美食の旅に出かけましょう。 午後 5 時、何世代にもわたって受け継がれてきた秘密のレシピに従って炭火で焼いたジューシーな肉スナックから、料理の冒険を始めましょう。その後は、風味豊かな「キャロット ケーキ」やチャー ケオ ティオを試してみてください。チャー ケオ ティオは、シンプルでありながら風味豊かな材料で際立っている人気のサイドディッシュです。 メインコースでは、シンガポール初のミシュランスターホーカーの屋台で作られた、醤油チキンとご飯とピーナッツのおいしい料理をお楽しみください。 有名なデザート ショップでの退廃的なおやつで小旅行を終了します。ツアー終了後は、MRT チャイナタウン駅からホテルに戻ります。

最初に立ち寄るのは、何世代にもわたって受け継がれてきた秘伝のレシピで炭火でじっくり焼き上げたジャーキーのような肉、バクワの専門店です。蜂蜜の甘くて食欲をそそるバクワを味わったり、お土産としてパックを購入したりしてください。さまざまな場所を通り過ぎてもう少し散策してください 果物の王様ドリアンをはじめとするトロピカルフルーツ、新鮮な魚介類、日用品などが並ぶ小さな屋台。
さらにホーカー センターに向かい、無数の屋台を見て回った後、「キャロット ケーキ」またはチャー キオ ティオを味わいましょう。シンプルな食材を使った人気のおかずで食欲をそそります。この日のメインコースは、最初の路面レベルのミシュランの屋台でいただきます。
屋台の名物料理である醤油チキンライスをぜひご賞味ください。柔らかくマリネした鶏肉と白米、ピーナッツを添えたものです。人気のレストランで甘い雰囲気でツアーを締めくくりましょう デザートのお店。グルメ体験はここで終了し、MRT チャイナタウン駅から宿泊施設に戻ります。

This tour gives you an insight into Chinatown with a nice feed along- the way. I was very lucky to have a very knowledgeable & informative tour guide by the name of Carol who made me feel welcome just like old friends catching up. Carol did go above and beyond for me which was much appreciated Would highly recommend.

Great little activity for evening in Singapore. Our guide took us to one of the less well known hawker centres and ordered food for us that I wouldn’t ordinarily have picked myself- he was knowledgeable and friendly. Do note that a large part of the tour is about the history of Singapore rather than food as such (title of tour maybe a little misleading!) but I enjoyed it none the less

This tour was a ton of fun! We visited a few restaurants, stores, and stalls all within a short distance of Chinatown station, ate some classic dishes and some delicious fruits too. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the culinary history of Singapore.

Alfred was a great guide providing lots of information on Singapore and the food but also having fun along the way. There were 5 on our tour which was a great number and we all enjoyed the food, info and company. Don’t eat before as plenty of food on the night.

Our guide was informative, entertaining and kept us laughing in between food stops. Only three total guests and we all were impressed, and quite full by the end. Even went extra by taking us underground to the subway station. Highly recommend.

Grace has an infectious style, her knowledge and passion shone through. A good few food stops and heritage included. I would definitely recommend this tour, but wear elasticated trousers.

Lots of food and drink. Started slow with a taste of pork, thinking we were going to get little bits of food, but turned out that we had sugar cane drink, dim sum, a local carrot dish, then went to Hawker Chan for the famous chicken a d noodles, then to another local coffee shop for coffee. The guide was very knowledgeable and told us much about life in Singapore both past and present.
