In Agra, Abdul guided us through the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with incredible depth of knowledge, while in Jaipur a local guide walked us through the Amber Fort and City Palace with the same level of care. We’ve just returned from an incredible two‑week adventure across India, covering the Golden Triangle, Amritsar, and Goa, and what a journey it was. Our trip was a perfect blend of culture, heritage, beauty, thrill (including an unforgettable tiger safari), and the relaxing charm of sun, sea, and sand. With ten of us travelling together, from ages 5 to 70, we needed a tour that catered to everyone - and Shivanoes Travel delivered beyond expectations. Cant recommend highly enough Shantanu Baghel our guide from Shivanoes Travel who proved to be an excellent guide during our Agra/jaipur/Udaipur trip this month. Shantanu was not only a well informed and entertaining tour guide but was extremely proactive when one or two things did not go according to plan. His expertise ensured that our experience of Rajasthan exceeded our expectations!

Absolutely wonderful 12 days north India experience, especially with young kids (ages 7, 5, 3, and 1) in the mix—traveling with little ones can be challenging, but it seems Shantanu Baghel (Shaan) and Driver Vishwanath Singh turned it into something magical and stress-free. The customized itinerary covering Rishikesh, Haridwar, Parwanoo, Amritsar, and the Golden Triangle (with Jaipur’s fort swap for that elephant farm adventure—elephant rides, football, and color painting? What a genius, kid-approved pivot!) must have been perfect for your group of 8. Using a Force Urbania 10-seater clearly helped keep everyone comfortable on those long drives, and the on-time schedule plus impromptu diversions show real flexibility and care. Highlights like Shantanu’s detailed monument explanations, light-hearted chats, helping with currency exchange (super practical bonus!), and even holding/entertaining the small kids really stand out. It’s rare to find guides and drivers who make you feel like old friends right away—that personal touch makes all the difference, especially for families. I’m glad the trip was picture-perfect and such a hit. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Shivanoes Travel. One of the reasons we chose them was because they have such great reviews. They are well deserved. Rahul Rajput was very helpful before we left the USA and gave us good input about places to see in the Golden Triangle. Once we arrived in Delhi, our guide, Shantanu Baghel, took care of everything. He treated us like family, showing us incredible sights, the best shops to purchase things and the best restaurants. We had an amazing time and are so grateful for their excellent service

Our tour of the Golden Triangle arranged by Raul with Shantanu Baghel and Kamal left us all with memories to last a lifetime. From the airport greeting to the final goodbye 6 days later we were impressed by the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure our trip ran smoothly. Shantanu our guide was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating, making sure our trip was personalised for everyone. With the expert driving of Kamal to get from A to B our tour couldn’t have been better.

We had a private tour including Golden Triangle plus Goa and the company organized our car rides and guides for sightseeing. The company was very reliable; easy to reach, always on time and the drivers were safe. Not everything always goes according to a plan in a country like India but we were happy with the service that we received.

A trip I will remember for the rest of my life! We travelled as a relatively large group (3 couples and 3 friends), got the chance to see many highlights in the north of India and had the opportunity to take some days to explore at our own pace. Some things did not go to plan on the trip, but the travel company worked very hard to rectify the issues we had. We had several tour guides throughout our 5 day trip with varying levels of experience so make sure you get the best tour guides to make the most of your trip! Overall we've had a really fun time in India and felt that Shivanoes have done their best to make sure we have had a good time. If you do book a tour, Shivanoes is a good tour company to go with, and definitely make sure you ask to travel with Shantanu!
