イスタンブールのバスとボート：5時間のガイド付き市内観光＆ボートクルーズ

Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The boat tour was fabulous enough but then came the bus tour and some fantastic sights! We even stopped for lunch on a hill top restaurant with some spectacular views!

The tour was amazing, the guide was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and entertaining. The company staff was very kind and welcoming. We did a tour around the Bosphorus strait, hilltop viewpoint and the city walls, best way to discover Istanbul and it's beauties, totally recommended, specially if you have little time and would like to go around the main city attractions.

The tour guide Emirhan was so kind and accommodating! He was full of energy and was very friendly. The boat tour was stunning and educational. The bus portion took us through the city where we stopped at a gorgeous restaurant with a stunning view.

Emirhan Sanli is a great tour guide, educated and knowledgeable. He is very helpful, answered all my questions. I would recommend to use him.

My husband And I took the bus and boat tour May 12, 2024. We had Emirhan Sanli as our guide. He made every effort to make sure our group learned as much as possible about the sites we visited. He is a caring man who truly wants his customers happy. In my case, we left our cell phone on the bus and he chased after the bus and returned it to us! Enjoy your time with him!

It was to start at 10. We got notification that it would be 10:45. So we were picked up and off we went to pick up more people. It was well after 12 noon before we got on the boat. The cruise was good but the young tour guide spoke too fast. Perhaps he could slow down so that everyone understood the point he was trying to make. It may also have helped if he stood up when speaking so that he could better identify the sites. I know one person left after the cruise as she had enough. We had lunch very late after the cruise when we were at the cable car ride. We were very disappointed in the whole experience.

We booked this through our hotel as we wanted to do a Bosphorus Cruise, and thought it would be a great idea to add some stops onto it! I just want to warn other travellers about how bad this company is. It was a huge mistake, and we would have honestly been better off doing a Bosphorus Cruise and visiting Dolmabahçe Palace on our own. It does not stick to the advertised times and timings on their website. It starts at 9:30am, but you could be picked up as early as 8am, and have to wait until 10am for the guide to show up. We only had 37 minutes in Dolmabahçe Palace, nowhere near the 2 hours advertised. And even if I am generous and include the time outside the palace listening to the guide, we are still 1 hour short. Not even enough time to even do the inside part of the main Palace with the audio guide. At the next palace, we only had 20 minutes, not the advertised 30 minutes. Lunch wasn't until at least 3pm, which is so late considering the early start. And not surprisingly the lunch stop was the longest at nearly an hour! We paid for our own lunch and I am sure the company gets alot of commission for this! The cable car wasn't worth it either. Super busy and crowded and over in a few minutes. The guide told us that on some days the group can queue for up to 2 hours! The guide was also really inexperienced and had only been doing the job for 2 weeks, and whilst he tried his best and was knowledgeable, he seemed out of this depth dealing with the logistics of a large group and only seemed to care that we were back on time. This tour is not worth it at all. You will barely get time to do the Dolmabahçe Palace justice and spend most of the day on a bus or waiting around. Give this a miss and do these activities on your own!

Great experience! Emirhan told us a lot about the city and history of Istanbul. We saw a lot and had a magnificent view of the monuments. Really recommend it!
