Our experience with Viva Safari was absolutely amazing! The entire safari was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and committed to making our trip memorable. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the animals and their habitats but also about safety and the rich history of the area. Their passion and expertise made every game drive exciting and educational. A special thank you to Chef Mom-D, who prepared some of the best meals we have ever had. Every dish was delicious and added so much to the overall experience. We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, which made this family adventure even more unforgettable. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and provided a place to relax after each day of exploring.

Bad accommodation. They tell a lot of lies to fool. I come from Namibia and the lodgings are inside or very close to the parks. Here, I thought it was like that, too. On their website it says yes.But they do the safari in 2 stages.First, they take to a very bad hostel, no equipment in the rooms and no hot water.The first night is revolting, because you will participate in a barbecue in the middle of the bush.Only that the food is counted.If you eat a lot, you will get hungry.The other day will continue the journey and will change hostel. Also 5 Ugly, put with better food. There, you'll be about 5 The safari is done in the morning and I was not lucky to see many species.

What a nice place in the bush, where you go directly on Safari and the animals can get close to the lodge! Really the Safari feeling. Great food and lots of fun and Rangers who know so much, highly recommended!

The whole safari was perfectly organized. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and explained everything very clearly. From the very beginning we felt very welcome – almost like being in a family atmosphere. The food was also excellent and everything was very well prepared. The drive to the park was a bit long, but it was definitely worth it. What I especially appreciated was how flexible and helpful the team was. They were able to adjust our program without any problems (Special thanks to Ovendale and Luke!) Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely book this safari again!

We had the most amazing safari experience with Viva safaris. Right from the time we were picked up in JNB till the time we were dropped back everything waa like clockwork. The people make it even more special. The guides are very knowledgeable and are keen to share their experiences with you. Smiley, John, Rocky and V were great. We managed to see the big Five and more due to these guys. The hospitality staff treated us like family and ensured we were well looked after. Mama D and Mama Z had great tasty meals for us. Patricia, Ngodi and Audrey looked after us well. The man behind the scenes Ed, had everything covered and nothing was impossible. There are a few animals that visit regularly too. We take back great memories and will not hesitate to recommend Viva and comeback again.

Thanks to the planning by Edicate and Nyarai of our flights to our pick up and transfer to the airport, everything was excellently organized. We had booked the Flyin Safari so we flew from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit where Andy was waiting for us. The drive to Tremisana was short, and we started straight away. Unfortunately, due to the rains the week before, a lot of the roads were closed, but our guides, Luke, Andy and Whian went to great lengths and were able to give us unforgettable moments. Tremisina is a rustic very well maintained lodge, everything is there, the food is excellent, and you sit at long tables with the other guests from all over the world. So we met many interesting people and had good conversations. The beautiful pool offers opportunity for a rest break between drives. The early morning bushwalk was a very special experience, as was the barbecue at the Marula tree. We can wholeheartedly recommend Viva Safaris, there is a warm family casual atmosphere there, so you immediately feel at home Except for leopards and lions, we've seen everything. This is more due to the weather situation.

We had an absolutely incredible week with Viva Safaris. The staff were amazing. Excellent food from the ladies at the accommodation, all good home-cooked South African food. Comfortable rooms kept clean and fresh. And now, the animals. We saw 4 of the big five (among many many other fantastic animals, including a honey badger which was a lovely surprise) and the rangers were always so enthusiastic and determined to find the animals for us. They were also super knowledgable and friendly and made the game drives fun every day. Shout out to Luke, Rocky and Smiley. Luke was fantastic to chat to about all things Kruger, the area, the animals, anything you wanted to chat about, he had the knowledge and was happy to chat. Rocky and Smiley were fantastic fun on the drives and found us some amazing sights. The elephants were just incredible to observe, day after day, every encounter was different. Right in the accommodation car park we had elephants come to say hello, hyenas lying outside. We even had a lion pop out of the bush on our bush walk! Due to the time of year, lots of animals had babies which was just beautiful. New baby elephants, giraffes, impalas, wildebeest, warthogs and so much more, which was just an incredible sight to see. The whole trip was just magical and amazing value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. If you’re thinking of booking, do it!

I really had a great time in the Tremisana Lodge! Everything was very well organized, thanks a lot to Ed! All people were friendly and the accommodation and food was great! The tours were comfortable, in nice cars and with very competent guides! We saw a lot of beautiful animals and the whole experience was really incredible! I really recommend the tours from Viva Safaris because it was a unique experience to learn about the wildlife in this wonderful country of South Africa!

From initial contact, through handling payment issues due to technology, and collection from and delivery back to Johannesburg, everything went well. I have to particularly recognise my shuttle drivers. I felt much safer travelling with them than many other drivers throughout the world. Tremisana was a perfect base and between there and Kruger I managed to see most of the animals I wanted to see in Africa. The Tremisana Lodge staff and food were really good, as were the guides. The sunrise, sunset and armed bush walk were highlights. My day tour to Kruger NP was most enjoyable and very informative. Our guide was a real personality. All in all, an incredible experience and excellent value for money.

What a perfect experience from start to finish. They are so well organised with respect to organising and keeping guests informed about their itineraries. The schedule is designed so as to maximise you safari time whilst aslo giving you great variety. The guides really do go above and beyond too. We saw absolutely every animal we were hoping to and more. The ladies who take care of the accommodation are lovely and the meals are excellent. The rooms are also very nice. If I had to find something to critique, am I'm having to think hard, there is a bit of road noise at night so you may want to have ear plugs. Thanks to all the amazing staff 😁
