Absolutely terrible experience. Do not trust this company, even if your excursion says “confirmed.” We planned our entire day around this tour, showed up on time at the pickup point, and the driver never came. Three of us were left stranded with no warning, no update, and no respect for our time. We called them more than five times and nobody answered or called us back. After chasing them through WhatsApp, they finally replied with the most unprofessional excuse: “Sorry, we forgot to pick you up. We will refund you.” That is completely unacceptable. This was our last day of the trip, and they ruined the entire day for us. A refund does not bring back the time, the plans, or the experience we lost. If a company can simply “forget” paying customers and leave them stranded, they should not be running excursions at all. Shameful service. Avoid at all costs
