We booked a trip to Mostar and the Kravici waterfalls as part of this experience. Our driver Zlatko was attentive, informative and when we pulled into the Havana Dubrovnik we felt a sense of calm and warmth from our host. From the veranda for our private dining experience we enjoyed fresh seafood cooked from the heart. A choice of local wines and ingredients sourced from his doorstep this trip is well worth the cost. You truly get what a tourist wants, away from the crowds, to a small intimate setting in a beautiful bay. Hvala to our delightful hosts

We visited Hacienda Dubrovnik last weekend and the experience was absolutely amazing – from the cozy atmosphere to the delicious food.Soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and friendliness that we instantly felt at home. The food was just amazing – the freshest seafood, perfectly cooked fish, delicious local cheeses, veggies straight from the garden, and homemade desserts that were unforgettable. Every dish came with fantastic local wines and their own olive oil, and you could really taste the passion and love that went into everything. But honestly, what made this experience truly special were the hosts. They’re some of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve met. Instead of feeling like restaurant guests, we felt like friends being welcomed into their home, surrounded by tradition, laughter, and joy.We’re already excited to come back, and we’ll definitely be telling all our friends and family about this hidden gem.

Amazing trip.transfer...and lunch includ...An incredible place with stunning nature, a private estate far from the crowds makes you feel like no one else lives nearby. We especially enjoyed tasting the fresh local specialties, everything was delicious! From fresh oysters prepared two ways.. mussels on buzara straight from the sea..cold appetizers...and fish that is fresh caught that day!!! Local products, such as their own extra virgin olive oil and wine make a unique base for each dish. The best part is that you have an open road right to the sea. Pro tip - you better not miss the sunset from this beautiful dock!!!
Dear Mrs. W., Thank you for your visit and for complimenting our cuisine. Our oysters are absolutely fresh, they are brought to the hacienda twice per day directly from the nearby Brijesta Bay. The best taste one gets from the oyster which is three years old. The size does not matter as the bigger oysters are older oysters and with time they decline in taste. The oyster meat is extraordinary nutritious because it is an excellent source of proteins, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, E, EP, and 15 g of oyster meat contains the same quantity of vitamin C as 3 g of lemon juice. For many gastronomists, tasting raw food is a ritual of returning to the early phase of civilization, and oysters are among those rare delicacies which are most delicious raw, with a few drops of lemon juice. On this tour we showcase the methods of oyster farming and our guests get to taste the oysters directly from the sea while enjying the atmosphere of our oyster bar. This tour was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we were picked up and greeted by Antonio we r were in great hands. Antonio was professional ,and knowledgeable. He took us to STON village, which was absolutely lloely .. from there we did a private boat ride and then off to have lunch with Ado. Everyone was so welcoming, warm, and friendly. The food was literally caught by a DO himself and then prepared, especially for us. I highly recommend this tour.

Hacienda Dubrovnik gave us one of the most beautiful days of our trip. The host welcomed us like old friends, and the peaceful, rustic atmosphere made us feel instantly relaxed. Every dish and drink came straight from their own farm – fresh, full of flavor, and made with love. The whole day was perfectly organized, yet felt effortless and warm. The private tour to Split was a wonderful way to see the beautiful coastline. Our driver/guide Tony was great . The Diocletens Palace was interesting. We enjoyed our visit in Split. A delightful surprise was dinner at our stop in Peljesac. Our host Ado was wonderful and the farm to table and sea to table meal was excellent. Just loved eating outdoors amongst the olive trees and with a view of the sea. So charming.
