The tour lasted 3 hours, much longer than it could have been.
The guide was very knowledgeable and thorough. He repeated things and went on an bit and was very touchy.
This tour should have been no longer than 1.5 to 2 hours

Interesting tour! Noel was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the subjects and did a good job moving us through the sites.
Standing and walking 3.5 to 4 hours. Be prepared for rain as always in Ireland.

Very poor.
No one showed up. We waited in pouring rain for 30 minutes. I asked several people and they confirmed we were at the right meeting spot. Even left a message. NO COMMUNICATION provided. How do I get money back.

Small Group !
Martin was outstanding. I wouldn’t want to do the Book of Kells experience without him. He was so knowledgeable, adding so much information to the experience. We really appreciated the small group (6). We could always hear him, or he repeated himself!

AMAZING!
Marty was an excellent guide. He really immersed us in the experience and I could tell he had a great love for history and teaching. A MUST do if you are visiting Dublin!

It will make you think and feel just a little of what those monks and craftsmen lived.
Marty was fantastic!!! We arrived early and he started giving us the colorful back story on what we were about to see. Marty was very knowledgeable and his History background not only gave us colorful details but the all-important context around the Book of Kells and Trinity College. The Book of Kells is important not only for Christianity but for understanding Western Civilization. Without Marty I don’t think I would have comprehended the immense work that unknown monks and craftsmen did to make that extraordinary book.
