（6月1日～10月12日限定）次は、同じように息をのむようなモレーン湖へ。 氷河に覆われたこの湖は、鮮やかな青色と周辺の十峰の谷で知られる。 ロックパイル・トレイル（Rockpile Trail）を短いハイキングで登り、パノラマビューと素晴らしいフォトスポットをお楽しみいただけます。 （6月1日から10月14日までモレーン湖を訪れます。 10月15日～5月31日のツアーの場合、代替観光名所はマーブルキャニオン）

We had a great tour! Our driver and guide, Mr Hao, was friendly, patient, and kind. He was still nice even when some of us came back a little later than expected. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable. Highly recommended!
l ExperienceWhat a massive disappointment this tour agency turned out to be. I booked a "5 Lakes Tour" via Viator, which was supposed to include Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, Peyto Lake, and Bow Lake. However, we never visited the last two lakes, and it turned out they weren't even on the itinerary. Instead, the guide informed us that we would be visiting Johnston Canyon and Bow Falls, both of which I had already explored on my own the previous day. No explanation for this change was provided. While the three lakes we did see were absolutely awesome, and we briefly stopped at the Natural Bridge, the rest of the tour was highly unprofessional. The driver clearly did not know the route and had to turn around three times. On one occasion, we had to backtrack a staggering 60 kilometers after nearly reaching Banff. I understand that a driver can be new, but then use a navigation system in such cases. Although the tour guide was nice and shared good information, there is a HUGE "but." Despite the blatant itinerary discrepancies and major driving issues, the guide constantly pressured us to leave a 5-star review on Google, which I found completely unacceptable. Fortunately, Viator's customer service was excellent. Within less than 24 hours, they compensated me for the unfulfilled itinerary and major changes, which I truly appreciated.
Excellent tour to cover a lot of ground and see a lot in a longish day. If you only have 1 day for sightseeing this tour would be a great choice. The lakes are all breathtaking to see yet quite different. It was interesting to learn why. Bring your own lunch, snacks and drinks so you don’t waste time in line ups. There is plenty of time on the bus to eat between stops.
Great way to see all the tourist spots. Mike was really great. Offered to take pictures, pointed out neat sights and was super knowledgeable. Great way to see a lot in a day!
Super amazing spots!! Ben was very knowledgeable and gave us tons of information along the way! We had some last minute forced itinerary changes and he handled it super smoothly! Highly recommend, would do again!
