This tour hits the highlights and gives you a pull up experience to the 5 major lakes, which is great; however I felt rushed at most stops. It’s impossible to have a tour like this in which you wouldn’t feel rushed though. It’s a lot of driving (thankfully the scenery is so gorgeous) and there is no way around that. Layse was our guide and I think she is delightful. I appreciated the knowledge shared on the tour. Also appreciate the smaller bus (we had 20 people) as opposed to a really large bus. The park is so gorgeous and there are bathrooms at every stop, but unfortunately also a line at every bathroom which cuts into your viewing time.

our guide/driver was great. Driving was safe, knowledgeable. The company name was “Banff to do”. Though we were on the bus from 7:45 AM till 7:10 PM. No WIFI, no garbage bag, no pocket to the back seat to hold your water bottle or little stuff. “Lake Louise” the most visited place, you get 45 mnts( bathroom stop, Pick up lunch and watch lake), Each other place cut down 5 mnts and increase time for this lake.

Andy was the best. So much information shared. He was a great driver, was helpful, and great memory. Really knows his stuff. It was a beautifully planned itinerary. A FANTASTIC day. Absolute BEST way to see these lakes. Good amount of time at each. Book it!

Our 5 lakes tour was absolutely fantastic! The scenery was breathtaking and every stop was well planed and enjoyable. A special thank you to our driver Jay, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His expertise made the trip even more interesting, especially when he shared fascinating information about the local wildlife. We were even lucky enough to spot a bear. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It was truly an unforgettable experience!
