5! Overall experience is amazinnngggg! Its really a lifetime experience to cherish! from tour operators, to lodge assistance to tour guide to food and everything in between! Thank you serengeti luxury team for being sooo acommodating!! (special thanks to Fortunate, Noel, Justin and Richard) 5 stars; All the waaaaay!!!! :)

My first ever wildlife safari experience and it was amazing!! I am happy that i chose to book with them as they are pro active to update and answer all my questions. Special mention to my besties Fortunate and Noel who is very patient with me and Bianca. From day 1 to 4 it was amazing! The whole trip was well communicated and very organized! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Experience - 100/10 it was the best Tour operator (serengeti luxury) 1000/10 very organized and they always answer in whatsapp anytime of the day Tour guide - 100/10 - the famous Justin was amazing. He knows a lot of fun facts about the wildlife safari and he ensures our safety all the time especially in the camping site Food - 10000/10 - thanks to chef Richard! The entire trip all the food from breakfast to dinner was so yummy!! Lodge Karibu house heritage - 10/10 - receptionist is very nice. Room is very homie and comfortable. Good wifi in the first floor and there is no mosquitos in the area Fig tree lodge - 8/10 - food was yummy, room is a bit tight as there is only 1 small window, the outside of the lodge is a bit noisy but the people are nice and friendly All in all - i highly recommend serengeti luxury tour.
