We have enjoyed a very good experience: the tour has been well planned, the tansports have been on time and comfortable with jeep 4x4. Our driver Jumbe has been super, thanks to his experience, kindness and availability. We have seen a lot of animals!
Some guides like Tom were perfect {5 *) Some others like Raimon were rude and didn’t pay attentIon of us. But all of them tried to do the best for good spottings

Special appreciation to Kelvin, who guided us for 5 days through Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Naivasha, helping us spot all of the Big Five. Thanks also to Mohammed, who made our Amboseli visit memorable with incredible elephant sightings and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. This was truly one of my dream trips, and the team made it even more special. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. We booked on to a 5 day Masai Mara/Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha tour and it was great! The booking team were very responsive and accommodating and all the accommodation and staff were great. Our tour guide was Tom, from the start he was very polite, and kept good communication. It was obvious that Tom enjoys his job, and is passionate about his job and giving the best experience to his group. He asked everyone what they would most like to see and made it his mission to provide it, he was vey good at finding the best opportunities to see all the animals. He had great knowledge about everything we did and happily answered all our questions, I learnt a lot from him. When would see the animals he would make sure everyone was done before moving on and never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience! Alongside side all this he was very warm and welcoming, had a great sense of humour, happy to talk and a very safe driver. He made the tour really enjoyable and I loved every moment! Axis should be very proud of him! Thank you Tom, mister Gareth.

We had an incredible experience in the Maasai Mara thanks to our guide, Tom Serem. In just 1.5 days, he managed to show us all of the Big Five, taking us to the absolute best spots in the park. On top of his great tracking skills, Tom was a safe and careful 4x4 driver throughout the trip. Highly recommended!
