I recently had the pleasure of joining the Osaka Walking Tour, highlighting the top five must-see attractions in the city, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the get-go, the tour was well-organised and easy to follow, with our knowledgeable guide offering fascinating insights into Osaka’s rich history and vibrant culture. We started at the iconic Osaka Castle, where the stunning architecture and serene grounds provided a perfect introduction to the city. Next, we explored the bustling streets of Dotonbori, famous for its neon lights, lively atmosphere and mouth-watering street food. The tour also took us to Shitenno-ji, Japan’s oldest officially administered temple, which offered a peaceful respite amidst the city’s energy. The panoramic views from the Umeda Sky Building were a highlight, giving us a spectacular look over the city skyline. We finished with a stroll through the Kuromon Market, sampling local delicacies and chatting with friendly vendors. Each stop was expertly chosen to showcase a different facet of Osaka, and walking between locations allowed us to really soak in the city’s charm. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an immersive and unforgettable introduction to Osaka!

This was a great way to experience highlights of Osaka. Our guide Taka was thoughtful, insightful, taught us a lot about the history of Osaka castle and the other sites we visited. Lunch Ramen was the best Ramen we’ve had so far in Japan including the famous Osaka octopus balls-Takoyaki!! Thank you, guide Taka

This tool was amazing. I had so much fun. It was very insightful. My guide taka was a very nice man. He stopped and gave us insightful details to each and every place we went. Including temples, landmarks, and fun little things. He also showed us around some beautiful historic monuments, nice food places, and busy streets. He was very kind in taking my families photos and providing funny jokes. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Is great value for money. You even get lunch included. We ate some top quality Ramen and loved it. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Would highly recommend anyone else trying to do it.

The guide Taka was super knowledgeable and wonderful. My family and I had an amazing experience. Transport on metro was so efficient and easy because of this tour. Otherwise, figuring out Osaka train system to get to all these sites in one day would have been too complicated on our own. You need comfortable walking shoes for sure as you do walk a lot. We felt we were given plenty of time to visit each site. Come hungry as there were so many places to eat at Kuromon market. It was totally worth the price, and I highly recommend this tour!

Great overall tour of Osaka. Taka-San was great! We highly recommend him! Highlights include Osaka Castle, best ramen yet in Japan with view of Osaka Castle and two very cool temples - people’s temple and Tenryuzen Hizenji. These had great stories! Street food and markets were also highlights!

Taka was wonderful. Very well informed and accommodating. Down ways to get us out of the heat. I would recommend this Tour.

Well balanced tour between historical & modern Osaka. So glad we visited Osaka Castle first. Long lines by the time we were leaving but we walked straight in. Plenty of walking but if you are active this should not be a problem. Takanobu was so helpful when traversing train system. Really appreciated his assistance when getting back to our hotel.
