An unforgettable trip... A turning point!!
We traveled with my group of yoga students and I am more than happy with the experiences we had, the attention from the guide Willy, the cook Cris and all the people in the community who welcomed us very, very well. Everything very well coordinated, the transfers by bus, in the small boats... Wonderful!

Amazing experience
I had an amazing time on our 5 day Manu rainforest tour. It felt so magical being immersed in the forest and it is truly something I will always treasure my memories of. José was an amazing tour guide, he was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to spend our time with. I would definitely come back, hopefully for the longer 8 day tour someday. The trek is long to get there so as long as you can go would be best. Also the food served on the trip was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone considering this tour!!

Experience of a lifetime!
We had an amazing jungle experience with our guide Jose! Truly it was the time of our lives! We had a wonderful group I can now call friends, and Jose really made the experience. He is so knowledgeable, funny, and we truly enjoyed spending our time with him. If (when!) We return to do a longer tour, I would certainly want Jose with us again. We fell in love with the rainforest and even 5 days didn't feel enough!

Great experience
Jose was a great guide. Everyone had so much fun on the trip. The drive to get to manu from Cusco was long but worth it. If I do this again I would book the 8 day tour

An experience we will always remember
We were able to enjoy a 5-day trip to the reserved area of the Manu National Park with Edson from Vilka Expeditions. We were left with the pleasant feeling that it was a unique experience. Edson showed us the jungle with his trained eyes to find what is invisible to those of us who are entering the jungle for the first time. Jaguar, capybaras, otters, caimans, monkeys, countless birds, trees, spiders, frogs, bullet ants… a myriad of animals and plants that we were able to see in their natural environment for the first time. The lodges are managed by local indigenous communities or local families, which contributes to a positive social impact.
Additionally, the team accompanying Edson, cook Leandro, captain turtle Persi, and his second-in-command David performed their duties with great professionalism. Thank you very much to everyone!!
In summary, an experience we will always remember.

An unforgettable journey with Edson from Vilca Expediciones.
We had an excellent tour (5 days, Manu National Park with reserved zone) with Edson from Vilca Expeditions. If one reads the information provided beforehand, one knows what to expect regarding accommodations, for example. We specifically chose Vilca because they work with local communities. The entire team, including the cook, captain, and first mate, seemed to work around the clock to provide us with this unique experience. A huge thank you to Leandro, Captain Tortuga Persi, and David!! And last but not least, our guide Edson: I can only wish everyone the opportunity to see the jungle area through Edson's eyes. From the largest trees to the smallest animals, from the hidden gems of the forest, giant otters, jaguars, caimans, monkeys, spiders, ants, "walking trees," and so much more: Edson not only finds everything but also passionately explains countless interesting connections about this unique reserve. Thank you very much for that, and I hope that Edson continues to guide "jungle beginners" like me through this part of his homeland with such dedication for a long time to come. I give a 100% recommendation!

It has been very rewarding and unforgettable, I would like to repeat, but I think it will be my son who does it because he is younger
An unforgettable experience, we have learned a lot from the Manu Reserve, its flora and fauna thanks to the advice of our guide José Medina (The teacher as the locals know him amicably), who has taught us first and foremost respect for flora and fauna and has answered perfectly all our questions. A connoisseur as a biologist and top scientist, thank you Jose👌.
The rest of the team César (boat captain) Wilmer assistant and Frida (cook) are excellent professionals who have facilitated the logistics and with their motivation have been a fantastic team, thanks

An unforgettable experience 10,
Unq unforgettable experience. The team that accompanied us attended us and advised us to perfection. In 5 days we learned many things about the jungle and the people who inhabit it, incredible fauna and flora that we discovered with the help of the people of Vilca. A tenner.
