Great service and amazing night stay

Great experience in the Aspira Cruise

We had a great time! All the crew from John and all his team were professional, friendly, attentive. Couldn't do more. The scenery speaks for itself but the cabin was such a refuge. Clean, well appointed and super comfy. Balcony lovely. Had 2 hot baths watching the scenery float by which I will never forget. Really, really good food. Evening meal was high end restaurant standad in all respects. Hats off to the chef. Congratulations!

Very easy to book and smooth transition to boat. I would highly recommend. The staff are great. Special mention to Mr John tge cruise Director. Also Sunrise who always had a smile on her face.

I did 2 days 1 night trip with my mom. The stay was wonderful. We really loved the room. John and Aki took care of us really well.

A perfect tour to beautiful Ha Long Bay! The travel agency contacted me shortly after booking. They provided different options for transportation to the docks, and after selection they sent photos of my pickup bus and a map to the pickup location (my hotel was on a difficult street). The cruise itself was very relaxing, with kayaking being the only “active” option. Food was great, staff was attentive but not pushy. Next time I might choose a tour with a visit to Cat Ba or hiking up Ti Top but this cruise was pretty perfect for relaxing!

It was Very relaxing and enjoyable

Very nice cruise with very nice staff and, above all, mega delicious food Only the transportation and the pre-communication were cumbersome, as we were first dropped off at the wrong place and the organizer (we think that's what you call them) tried to push other, or rather, other partially significantly cheaper cruises on us. We didn't know anything about this and were just supposed to check the offer; upon a second look, we saw that it was a different ship. Upon inquiry, it would have been a free upgrade. That seemed a bit strange to us, and after a quick check, it was equivalent. That wasn't so easy after all on the evening before, and we had some concerns that something might go wrong. But in the end, everything worked out great, and many thanks again to John and the crew; it was unforgettable.

Everything was wonderful. Our guide, Rusly, was polite and very informative. The bus was clean and comfortable; we were able to sleep uninterrupted for 3 hours. It also takes great photos online.
