The view(s) during Via Ferreta were really great - the price and length of the tour was definitely worth it. The tour guide, not so much. She was very unprofessional. During the tour she took a huge interest in the men, she did not speak much to the woman at all. My experience is that she did not speak much with me and took interest in the only the men during the tour. A bit of an odd experience. Personally, I would work on trying to have a bond with everyone participating and not only the men who attended.

This was the coolest thing we did in Banff. Plus we had the best guide, Shay was amazing. I would highly recommend doing this. It was scary in places but so rewarding.

The skyline route was very fulfilling with the beautiful views and fun climbing. Take water and snacks!

We had such an amazing experience doing the Via Ferrata at Mount Norquay. Everything was incredibly well organized, from the quality of the route itself to the friendly and attentive service, and the excellent equipment provided. The views were absolutely spectacular and made the whole experience even more memorable. A very special mention goes to our guide, Alex, who was simply fantastic. He was highly professional, patient, knowledgeable, interesting, and such a genuinely pleasant person to spend the day with. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire route, while also making the experience fun and engaging. Honestly, pretty much the perfect guide. This was truly a unique and unforgettable experience, and we enjoyed every single moment of it. Highly recommended!

I was hesitant to do this (I’m 73), but I was talked into it. Sooo glad I did. It was a bit challenging at times but overall amazing and thrilling! Our guide, Paul, was fantastic and made the excursion an experience if a lifetime! Do it!!! Now!!!!

Great fun doing some via ferrata up on Mt Norquay. Unfortunately we had to cut the day short due to the smoke from distant wildfires, but it was good fun and I'd recommend. Easy to get to using the free shuttle, and easy to find when at the destination. Staff were excellent.

This was one of the best experiences my 18 year old son and I have ever had together. Our guide, Greg, was great! If you are worried about this trip, do not be…book it now. It is super safe and the views are unbelievable.

Our guide, Alex, was amazing! He was knowledgeable, encouraging, patient (with this one who is afraid of heights) and fun! The views were amazing! Woolf highly recommend.

The views were beautiful and the experience was safe but exciting. Greg, our guide, was awesome. He made the entire experience fun and comfortable. He was a delight to be around. Kevin on the other hand, was a buzzkill he robbed us of some joy. Greg was as good as they come though.
