Had an amazing time!! Superb crew lead by our guide Timmy, whom clearly loved his job, constantly smiling and always happy to chat or help!! Would recommend the tour to anyone coming to Halong Bay!!

Staff was great, friendly. Everything kept to the schedule which was appreciated. The lunch and drinks on the boat were amazing. This cruise completely met my expectations and I would recommend.

We booked this excursion through our hotel in Hanoi. We were picked up on time in the morning by a very comfortable bus. A very friendly tour guide was on board and provided us with all the necessary information. There was water for the journey and a stopover with the opportunity to buy drinks and food or souvenirs and use the toilet. We were not pressured to buy anything. We arrived safely at the destination port and were met there by Tom, our tour guide for the boat tour. We were able to cross over to our ship directly in a spacious dinghy. The ship is modern, very spacious and equipped with a wonderful large whirlpool. Tom explained the itinerary to us with a projector-supported presentation. There was a welcome drink and our seats were nicely set with name signs. The trip to the surprise cave was wonderful; we were able to enjoy a wonderful view of the bay from the top deck. The cave itself was beautiful and not crowded. Lunch on board was a delicious six-course meal that was beautifully presented. Then we went back to the ship and headed to the next highlight. We had the choice between kayaking and a trip with several people in a bamboo boat to see the limestone cliffs up close. Then we went to Titop Island, where you could either swim in the warm water on the sandy beach or climb several steps to a viewing point, where you were rewarded with a fantastic view of the bay. Back on the ship there was a party to watch the sunset with small snacks and tea. The other drinks on board could be bought and they were not overpriced. Our personal highlight was the open-minded, friendly and funny manner of Tom, who made this trip unforgettable. In the evening we were brought safely back to the hotel.
