My booking was made on 9 February 2026 for my elderly parents. Shockingly, until 16 February 2026, I did not receive a single communication from the agency—no itinerary, no point of contact, no confirmation details whatsoever. I had to take the initiative to follow up myself through email and WhatsApp. After waiting the entire day without any response, I was forced to call the agency personally. The person who answered was extremely cold and dismissive. He abruptly informed me that the office would be on holiday until 23 February and casually stated that he would “look into it” and get back to me—before hanging up the call. To my absolute disbelief, instead of any clarification or assistance, I later received an email stating that the booking had been cancelled. With only three days remaining before my parents’ trip, the agency did not have the basic courtesy to call, message, or attempt any alternative arrangements. They simply cancelled the booking without accountability or concern. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable and deeply distressing. Had I not proactively followed up, my elderly parents could have been left stranded in a foreign country without any support. This experience has been extremely stressful and reflects a complete lack of professionalism and care.
Dear Reader, 1. We canceled the tour 04 days before arrival date. It is NOT A LAST MINUTE CANCELATION. 2. In cancelation form of Viator the reason is stated clearly due to the Chinese New Year. 3. We canceled all the tour in our holidays: 17th to 22th Feb at least 4 days in advance so that customers may have alternative chances to find other solutions. 4. The review means we are most reasonable and customers cannot find as good so they got upset and put the hatreds on us. This is not reasonable. Best regards, Tailor Team
We had a great time in Phu Quoc thanks to the company's wonderful service, the tour went perfectly as planned, we had a beautiful day to visit Vinwonder and Safari plus the extraordinary day to visit the island and took a cable car tour. Our driver was always on time and helpful. The hotel beach resort is really good also. A nice place to stay for 4 days to enjoy the sun and beach.
4 of us booked the tour from Bangalore company and they partnered with Mr. Windy as our ground arrangement in charge. Everything in Phu Quoc went perfectly as planned. We had a good time following Mr. Windy's support and a very good hotel here. Highly recommend this package tour to everybody.
The last 4 days package tour of our Vietnam trip were to Phu Quoc island and the experience was super. Our hotel was the Palmy beach resort and it was a great choice for the stay. We had a wonderful day visiting Hon Thom island, a lovely day to visit the Safari and the Vinwonder. Things were perfectly planned and our driver Ton was very helpful and always safe and punctual.
