Amazing! Had so much fun with Wilky who was a brilliant guide. So attentive and kind and I asked to dive with him a second day because he was so good!! Thank you Wilky! We also saw dolphins on our last dive at the surface which just made my trip!!!

Amazing fun dives with Romane at Manta Point! We had an incredible experience doing fund dives with Romana as our Divemaster! She took us to Manta Point, and it was unforgettable—we spotted 10+ manta rays! Throughout the entire trip, Romane ensured we dived safely. She gave us an excellent, thorough briefing before getting in the water and made sure the group stayed together the entire time. Her calm energy made us feel completely relaxed, and her spotting skills are next-level. If you are diving here, absolutely ask for Romane! TLDR My wife and I had an incredible multi-day experience with Dive Concepts. We started with a refresher course, and the instructor was fantastic. They gave very clear instructions and perfectly helped us recall our past training, making us feel completely comfortable getting back into the water. We also did a fun dive with them, guided by Joseph and Romana. Both of them were incredibly helpful, gave thorough briefings, and ensured we dived safely while keeping the group together. Diving at Manta Point with Romana was an absolute highlight—we were lucky enough to spot 10+ manta rays! Her spotting skills and calm energy made it unforgettable. On top of that, my wife completed her SSI Advanced Course with Aida. Aida was very supportive, highly knowledgeable, and truly helped her build confidence and advance her skills. From top-notch instruction to amazing guiding, the entire team at Dive Concepts is professional, safe, and fun. We couldn't have asked for a better dive center!

I was diving with Ricky and Ray, both were great guides. Ricky helped me find the mola mola, so happy about it.

Ricky is truly one of the best dive guides I’ve ever had the pleasure of diving with. He is extremely experienced, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even though I was diving as part of a group, Ricky made me feel like I was getting a 1:1 private dive experience. He was always checking on me and making sure I was okay and comfortable. I really appreciated how attentive he was throughout every dive. One small gesture really showed me what kind of person Ricky is. I had lost one of my dive gloves the day before, and when Ricky heard about it, he gave me a pair of gloves that he had previously found in the water. It wasn’t about the value of the gloves at all — it was simply such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and it made me feel genuinely cared for. And if you’re hoping to see a Mola Mola in Lembongan, Ricky is an incredible guide to have! During our dive, he spotted a Mola for our group while other groups from the same boat didn’t see one. Even more impressive, another diver in my group had done 15 dives over the previous 10 days, and the dive with Ricky was the only dive where he finally got to see a Mola Mola! Ricky clearly has an incredible knowledge of the local dive sites and marine life, and he has a fantastic eye for spotting things underwater. But what impressed me most wasn’t just his diving experience — it was his kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for his divers. I never felt like just another person in a group. He made me feel looked after throughout the entire experience. If you’re diving with Dive Concepts Lembongan, I highly recommend asking for Ricky. I just finished 5 dives with dive concept lembongan last week, all staffs are helpful and nice. Even if i can’t see the mola but i think that’s worth for that. Thank Wiiky (i don’t know how to spell it 😂), he just tried his best to show us how beautiful of the northeast dive site. Love u guy 🙂

Today we had an absolutely wonderful diving experience with Joseph. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and from the very beginning he made our whole family feel completely safe. We are a family of four diving together, including our 12-year-old son, Louis. As parents, knowing that he was able to dive safely and confidently meant everything to us. Thank you so much, Joseph, for your care, attention, and reassuring attitude throughout the day. We would also like to give a special mention to Jérémy, the new Divemaster. He was amazing with Louis and helped him equalize his ears perfectly, allowing him to fully enjoy every dive. His patience, encouragement, and positive attitude made a huge difference. Thanks to Joseph and Jérémy, our day was truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend Dive Concepts Lembongan to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and unforgettable diving experience. Thank you both! I did a total of 5 dives here. Planned and booked one day in advance and then had 5 super dives spread over 2 days with great guides and team. Seeing the mantas was a dream! Many thanks to Ricky and Leo, I would do it again right away.

The least cool of the 3 Dive Concepts centers on Bali - You are forced to do the 5 dives in 2 days, whereas in Tulamben and Pemuteran you can spread them out over several days. - Few sites offered: trip to see the mantas and 3 or 4 spots in the north. So, it's one day for the mantas (2 dives), the other, the northern dives (3 dives). And then you do the same ones again. Meh. And what if you stay for a week? Do you just go in circles? - Worn-out equipment: the regulator I was lent ruined my first dive with the mantas. The first stage was too hard to breathe from and the backup regulator was taking on water. The mouthpiece even came off at the safety stop! Luckily I wasn't far from the guide, I was able to grab his backup regulator. My BCD was old but did the job. The wetsuit was fairly new. - Payment for dives in advance. Given the conditions of my first day, I wouldn't have continued if I hadn't already paid. - 27% nitrox - Very disappointing manta trip. There were a huge number of people. We see them, but only briefly, in passing. I would have liked to be able to observe them differently and for longer. After all, that was the goal of this trip. It would be better to be able to go earlier and take the time to see them properly. - the small snack, welcome but much less good than in Pemuteran - No locker room, nor really any place to leave your belongings Other than that, the guides are nice, fortunately. In short, you don't pay much, but you get what you pay for.

Our family did the refresher course, nitrox certification as well as the 5 dive package. It was all great!! Amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff, really amazing dives including one mola mola. But even without mola it was stunning diving, one of the best of our approx 100 dives due to great visiblity, fantastic Coral and lots of interesting wildlife such as mola, lots of turtles, tuna, Napoleon fish, bamboo shark. Marcel was an amazing dive master who guided us under the water. My daughter had Some problems with equalization and he went down with her really slowly wich really helped her, thanks a lot Marcel! But then the courses: refresher and nitrox with Pablo was amazing! Very friendly Spanish Guy who teached us a lot. We are not totally new anymore in diving, but still he learned as u lot while having fun at the same time. He also gave great tips about the islands, thanks a lot Pablo, we will support Spain in the FIfa World cup from now on!! :-) And off course thanks to all other staff members. We Will return hopefully soon! Best and xxx
