We had an amazing experience in the Tambopata rainforest. Everything was very well organized, from transportation to the lodge and activities. The guides were knowledgable, friendly and passionate about the jungle and wildlife. We saw monkeys, colourful birds, caimans and beautiful landscapes throughout the tour. A truly unforgettable Amazon adventure highly recommended for nature lovers.

The jungle tour (5 days) with the guide Jack was a huge adventure and highly interesting! He is very familiar with the animal and plant life in the Jungle! He explained in very good English! We saw a lot of monkeys, snakes 3 pcs. Tarantulas, hundreds or even thousands of different colored birds and insects. Also the cardriver the cook and the boatdriver were great people! The accommodations were according to the Jungle clean and well organized. The food was good and there have been many delicacies from Peru. Only that the portions would always have been enough for 5 made me sad, because there are enough people in Peru who have to fight for their daily bread...

Absolutely fantastic jungle tour filled with wildlife. A charming place where we could appreciate various types of birds, alligators, monkeys and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. We had a very good time at the Lodge, The food 10/10 comfortable accommodation, very good service,. The guide Fredy was great, with a good predisposition, very well trained and gave us a lot of security. Thank you and we hope to see again in the future!

All the operators running tours in Tambopata are based in Puerto Maldonaldo. So if you buy a Tambopata tour in Cusco, you are talking to a middleman – a salesman who will take a commission and then hand you off to another company. This is where problems arise. The salesman will describe an amazing, efficient tour that “he” will provide you. But “he” is not providing it, someone else is. And they weren’t there when he made those promises to you. Almost as soon as you have paid for the trip, changes will start happening. Some are fine – reversing the order in which you do things, for example. Others may not be fine. So if you book a Tambopata tour in Cusco (and actually, this is a good idea anytime), make the salesman WRITE DOWN YOUR DETAILED ITINERARY – every place you will go, every activity you will do, every lodge or B&B you will stay in. Then show that to the tour operator at the start of the tour. If anything gets cut, you have a strong basis to demand a discount. And if enough tourists begin to do this, then the salesmen and the tour operators will start coordinating better to ensure we get what we paid for.

After touring Peru for a long time we were eagerly looking to spend some days relaxed. Amazon sounded perfect for us. We were convinced after reading reviews of this tour company and also found that the price was reasonable for what they included on the tour. As we landed in Puerto Maldonado Airport, they had a representative waiting for us. He drove us to the starting point where we met our guide and the rest of the group to start this excursion. The journey was very nice. We had a nice room in a cottage amidst the jungle to ourself. The food was filling. They offered enough time gap to relax and unwind, the guide was nor pushy or rushed us. we genuinely had the best time.

entering the jungle was exciting, getting to know different types of species up close was spectacular. everything is coordinated very well. When we arrived we were given a very delicious exotic juice. we had 5 wonderful days, the agency organized everything very well, the staff was very attentive and friendly and the guide a nice person very attentive.
