Back from Egypt and a 3-night cruise with Pharaohn Tours! We greatly appreciated our upgrade on the Steigenberger Legacy. Impeccable service. The sunsets on the Nile throughout the cruise are worth the trip by themselves. Wonderful experience with guide Ali Fathy, an experienced and very efficient Egyptologist!

Cons: The excursion to Edfu, the ride is done by carriage with ill-treated, weakened and lean horses waiting in full sun, it is unacceptable that in 2026 we offer excursions with animal exploitation. We refused this carriage ride and paid to go by car. The first and last day of the cruise is at the dock between several boats so you can not enjoy the outside view during this period. Pros: the guide gave us good explanations about the different temples. The rooms are comfortable.
La visite du temple d’Edfou se fait pour tous les visiteurs en calèche tirée par des chevaux, car c’est une tradition qui reflète le caractère ancien et emblématique du site. Vous remarquerez que tous les clients suivent ce même mode de visite, mais si vous aviez demandé un changement à l’avance, nous aurions pu organiser un moyen de transport alternatif pour vous. Quant à la croisière sur le Nil, ce système est pratiqué sur toutes les croisières fluviales, avec un arrêt au quai le premier et le dernier jour entre plusieurs bateaux. We had a very nice trip to Egypt, including a 4 nights 5 days cruise aboard the Esmeralda with Pharaohn Tours and guide Ali Fathy, a professional guide, available, super kind and really caring! he even gave us a nice surprise one evening to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary - a nice cake and a little party with the dining room team! Visit several temples during our stay, hot air balloons and Nubian village not to be missed. Very nice experience!
We opted for a private tailor-made tour with Pharaohn Tours in April 2025 to visit Alexandria, Cairo, Giza, Saqqarah and the Nile Valley. From Luxor, we took a 4 night cruise aboard the Fayan: very clean boat, unlimited buffets, impeccable staff. We had Peter at our table and Sefen making us cocktails every night. Not to mention all the crew who were A1. Our 3 guides have been rich in knowledge and knowledge sharing with a good command of French. It was the first time for us on a private tour package and it was perfect!
Cruise on the Nile, with the ship Jaz Viceroy accompanied by a very competent private guide. Very good Service on the boat.. guide, very attentive to all our needs and questions. Mr Ahmed Adly was very competent to give us all the information relating to the history of the Pharaohs. Thank you very much to the whole pharaoh tour team..
nile cruise was marvelous trip in Egypt i recommend for all in Nile cruise we saw all monuments and all site seen in Egypt and we was very happy with staff of Pharaohn Tours thank you Pharaohn tours and special thank for our Guide Mohammed it was a trip unforgetten
