We took the 6 days Victoria Falls, Chobe and Hwange tour provided by Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours. Since we established communication through email in February, the team has already been assisting and guiding us with attentive and excellent service and information. Silence and Nomvula patiently answered our questions and provided us with helpful information prior to our visit. Along the tour, we met Frances, Alpha, Vincent (in Vic Falls NP), Luke and Ethan (in Hwange). All of them were really patient, friendly and helpful in taking us places, accommodated us for our needs and what have yous. We really had an amazing and memorable time in Vic Falls, Chobe and Hwange. From the Zambezi river cruise, Vic Falls NP walk, Chobe NP and river tour, and lastly, the Hwange trip that was just indescribable. Oscar gave us complimentary car services for groceries and coffee stop along the way. At the end of our trip, he deliberately met and greeted us as well as to seek feedbacks and else. I strongly recommend the Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours for your next visit to the region. Guaranteed, you will be happy and satisfied with their service. We are really grateful for they have done, thankful that we made new friends, and wish them the best for the future. Hope to see them again if we are lucky enough to go back and explore more of what the countries and regions have more to offer.

Good hotel for Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel and Hwange Safari Lodge, good food, friendly and knowledgeable tour guides.

Initial correspondence was via email and everyone of them was replied promptly. We were picked up at the airport by Francis. He was well presented, courteous, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. We were taken to our hotel (rainbow falls, which was lovely), where we were greeted by Oscar, the Zambesi expedition tour manager. We exchanged phone numbers and was told that Francis was available to take us wherever we wanted to go. Our trip was very well planned, from start to finish including a Zambesi boat trip (alcohol and snacks included) and Victoria falls. We asked Oscar to arrange for a helicopter ride over the falls which he arranged straight after our walk. (amazing views and highly recommend). The transport to Botswana, also included a safari and a boat trip on the Chobe River. The hotel was lovely, overlooking the Chobe river. (complete with baboons). From there we went back to Zimbabwe to the Hwange game reserve. Another amazing hotel overlooking a waterhole. Another safari where we saw Lions and Crocodiles, as well as other animals. Back to Victoria falls for our last day before being picked up by Francis and taken back to the airport. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. All guides were included so no hidden costs there. Would definitely recommend this company. Would definitely use them again.

Excellently planned tour with Zambezi Expeditions and Tours. Comfortable hotel accommodation near the falls. Excellent guided safari and lodge accommodation. In summary well managed and thoroughly enjoyed by us.
