The entire experience was exceptional. The crew were professional, friendly, and truly enjoy what they do. The catamaran was clean and organized and fun. It was easy to relax and enjoy the scenery and activities. I would definitely do this again!
The best part was the swimming. Staff was nice. The big negative? People smoking non stop!! The crew did tell people at the beginning to smoke at the back, but that was not respected at all. I asked the captain about it and he completely brushed it off. Doesn’t really help when the crew immediately start smoking at pushback. There wasn’t a lot of breeze tap that made it worse. The food was ok. Wine was not good. I get people smoke, but when it’s constant, no wind movement when stopping and in your face the crew should say something and follow their own rules. Can people just stop smoking for a few hours? Perhaps you can have a non smoking option? Or just enforce your own rules!

We do our best to ensure passengers smoke only in designated areas, though we do not always succeed. For the benefit of potential customers reading your comments, it is worth noting that our catamarans are open-air vessels. We will continue working to better define smoking areas, even though the law permits smoking in open areas on board.

Unfortunately, we were unable to take part in our €118 catamaran trip due to illness. We asked whether, as a gesture of goodwill, we could reschedule to another morning if two places happened to be available. This was refused unless we provided medical documentation, which would have required an additional medical consultation and cost. We understand that policies exist, but we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility, goodwill and trust in this situation. We would have expected a more customer-oriented approach, especially when there was a possibility of simply filling two otherwise unbooked places. Unfortunately, the experience left us with the impression that customer loyalty and goodwill were less important than strictly following the policy. For us, the experience means we would not book with this company again.

Absolutely fantastic day at sea, good crew, decent food, and good atmosphere 😁 maybe a little loud music, but otherwise we were very satisfied.
