Amaizing experience, Good driver, good guid, and I meet with new Good Friends. Will come back this trip in the future

I cannot believe the 5 star reviews here. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience, let me list why: 1. Driver tried to cancel on the day of the tour citing technical issues at the camp. I contacted Viator and the tour company and we were on track again. And guess what, we went to camp and there were NO technical issues. Absurd lie and is probably an overworked driver since he said he has been on the road since early am that day. 2. They overbooked and had 8 of us total (our child was counted and paid for as an “adult”). 3 people from another group who we shared the car with were packed like sardines all the way at the back. Driver tried to get us to switch with them, but no bueno. 4. Sand boarding is supposed to be part of the tour and we didn’t realize it wasn’t going to be until a guy from the other group in the car forced him to stop and let us sand board. Did this for 5 mins. 5. Dune bashing and quad biking - both less than 30 mins. The quad biking area was not private and had the worst bathrooms and quad bike operators who kept hurrying us up before the 30 min mark. Also sold hs exorbitantly priced scarves which ended up being unnecessary and looked like this tour operator gets a cut from the shop. All seemed quite shady. 6. Camel ride - this is what my kid was looking forward to. It was literally less than 3 mins. Got in camel, camel walked 5 steps, and got off camel. Ridiculous. 7. Entertainment was not private - huge stage like area with performers who were just “ok”, except for the fire guys who did a good job. 8. Terrible traffic jam on the way back which we weren’t warned about, ended up sitting in that packed car for more than 1 hour just in huge parking lot like road area. Several moments when we thought cars would jam into each other. I would not recommend booking this at all. Please save yourself the $$$, the time, the headache. Just drive on your own to the desert, get some nice photos, and move on. Complete waste of time and money (we ended up paying $340 for 3 “adults”, one of whom is a child - if we could get a refund for this terrible experience from Viator, we would. Disappointed that Viator has terrible tour companies like these operating via their website).

Car was sitting with 7 places 8 people inside 3 big people in the back sitting this is not normal. Ist Une the driver says dal premium is everything is ok normal. For him but not for us

The best pictures of the desert was great and the best professional way to drive, the atv ride was fantastic, just in time

The experience with Sands and Sky Tourism was exceptional from beginning to end. The booking process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the pickup was right on time. The staff were professional, well-prepared, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout the tour. The desert safari itself was a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, with exciting dune bashing, stunning photo opportunities at sunset, and a beautifully arranged evening program. The dinner was delicious and the live entertainment added a wonderful cultural touch. Overall, their organization and service quality were truly impressive, making it a five-star experience.

It was a good experience we enjoyed all activities. Dune ride, BBQ, show fire show and Mohamed, the tour guy was the best.

It was a great experience for the whole family. Dune bashing with Ahmed was exciting, even for the kids. The BBQ had options for everyone, and the live shows were very entertaining. Thanks to the team for making it special.
