Be careful with this company. Their advertising is extremely misleading, they sell things that they later do not honor, they are riddled with fine print that tells you it is your fault for not reading when the title of the expedition they sold you says one thing but they do not offer it and they refuse to make changes or refunds. On top of all this, the customer service is rude and lacks any desire to solve things. Andrea and Tomás treated us very badly. Look for other options.

Entendemos la ilusión que tenían por realizar la navegación a la pingüinera y lamentamos sinceramente la frustración que esta situación les generó.
Quisiéramos aclarar que, al realizar la reserva a través de nuestra web para dos personas, contrataron el recorrido base de la excursión regular por Puerto Almanza. La navegación opcional a la pingüinera figura especificada en la plataforma como un adicional con costo extra, el cual debe seleccionarse y abonarse por separado al momento de la compra. Como esa opción no se tildó ni abonó, el sistema procesó y cobró exclusivamente la excursión regular.
Al contactarnos el día previo a la actividad para consultar sobre la posibilidad de sumar la navegación, nuestro equipo realizó las gestiones para intentar conseguir lugares, pero el operador ya no contaba con disponibilidad.
El día de la excursión, el transporte se presentó puntualmente en el punto acordado para brindar el servicio contratado; sin embargo, ustedes decidieron no abordarlo.
Respecto a la asistencia brindada, revisamos minuciosamente las conversaciones mantenidas por WhatsApp con Andrea y por correo electrónico con Tomás. Confirmamos que en todo momento les respondieron de manera educada, respetuosa, clara y transparente, buscando explicar la composición de su reserva y las condiciones del servicio. Nos apena que lo hayan percibido de otra manera, ya que la intención de todo el equipo fue siempre ayudarlos dentro de los marcos del servicio contratado.
Esperamos que, más allá de esto, hayan tenido una agradable estadía en Ushuaia y que hayan disfrutado de las otras tres excursiones que contrataron con nostros.

Excellent view of the Penguins and sea lions
The boat was huge so I was worried we would not be close but the boat went up really close to the penguins and sea lions and we had a good view.

Visit the end of the world!
The tour is very nice, we really liked it. I understand they're tour operators, I mean they don't own the catamaran. The web shopping experience is very good and if I recommend them as tour operators

I don't recommend it.
I really expected more , in my opinion it is too long a journey that is not worth what you do and see when you arrive, the guide did not make it enjoyable either. The weather didn’t help for the supposed stops and sightings during the trip either, so we had a lot of miles per pointless pike. Too bad I lost a day. I do not recommend this excursion to Monte Leon, it should be noted that I did another excursion with this company and it was a nice experience,

Excellent Patagonia Chic. 100% recommended!
Thanks to Patagonia Chic for her excellent work, during the excursion to Monte León 4x4 Wolves and Penguins, excellent guide Viviana with driver Fernando. Very comfortable overlander, and very rich snack. Wonderful experience to know these natural scenarios guided by you.

Very long day.
You’ll spend about 9 hours in a bus; 4 on unpaved roads. Our guide offered very little in terms of information or context. He was a nice person, but a poor guide. The sea lions were seen only from a far, so disappointing. The penguins were amazing.

Penguins and sea.
A beautiful experience!
It is a long trip on ripio for the first leg that luckily having such a cupid guide became super enjoyable, the foods they give you are very good, the transport in which they take you is super comfortable, although it is long for both the way and the return, when you arrive and see the penguins so close (you have them less than 20 cm) you feel that everything was worth it. Very happy with this experience and especially very happy with the tour by the guide and driver, very friendly and cupid. I recommend if they like penguins as much as I do that I almost start crying when I saw the first one:)
