We had a wonderful 3-hour excursion in a 4x4 in Merzouga! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The pickup was punctual and our guide was truly fantastic, very kind, and spoke excellent Italian. We discovered the desert and learned about the local culture in a very pleasant atmosphere. A highly recommended experience!

Said picked us up on time in fact he was there waiting ahead of time. We got straight into it & what a ride over the sand dunes, visiting nomads, having tea, listening to music, singing, dancing & much more. Said was our driver and explained everything really well even though at times it was a little difficult but ended up understanding what he meant once arriving to our destination. He was funny, was super helpful at taking photos & very accommodating if we wanted to stop and take extra pictures. The sand dunes was an experience and is a must do, just buckle up, hold on and enjoy the ride, it’s heaps of fun. Go for it!!

The guide Ahmed was a nice, relaxed guy and seemed very competent. It was fun to explore the desert with him. It was also possible to customize the route to my liking. Great tour!

Next, we visited the nomads, and it was amazing to see how they live in such a remote and challenging environment. They welcomed us warmly, and it gave us a real sense of life in the desert. Also a lively place where we got to experience the rich culture of the Gnawa people. Their music was powerful and unforgettable, creating a great vibe for the day. It was such a well-organized trip, and everything from start to finish was perfect. Definitely a must-do if you're in Merzouga! a big thanks to Ahmed.

My family and I booked our desert excursion online. Ahmed was very professional and responded to our questions very quickly. Once we get to Merzouga village we meet him, he speaks very well English and he explain a lot of things about their culture and about the nomadic life.
