Horrible experience with this agent they don’t even deserve a star, booked through online for Dubai city tour and evening desert safari, on the day of Dubai city tour I have waited to pick up at 9am, about 10am I rang their office and inquired about my trip and took another hour to find my details and finally they said the city tour cannot be done for a single person and cancelled my city tour trip, being patiently I have had requested them to preponed my evening desert safari for the same day which was actually next day as I didn’t want to waste a day during my holiday and they were happy to do it, finally got picked up by a driver named Muhammad Tahir at 3:30pm instead of 3:00pm with 6 other people already in the car, reached a desert at around 4:15 - 4:30pm, driver took us to a shop were complimentary drinks were offered, I was excited for quad bike and the driver took me to the booking area, they charged me 375AED instead of 350AED maybe drivers commission after that 4 others also booked for quad bike who came along with me, we went to the desert with the bike and I really enjoyed the ride was memorable experience, when we came back after the quad bike, the driver made us to sit in a shop for some time after an hour we started asking him when are we going for dune bashing and other programs, he couldn’t reply properly and started asking me money for the evening desert safari trip which was already paid online, after showing him the payment details he went to the other side, we followed him and asked him again about our next program finally he answered us that the car broke down at the desert and they will not be able to provide us dune bashing and made us sit in front of the shop for hours and took us to another desert for other programs in the camp, by the time we reached there most of the programs were finished and we all had the buffet and saw a belly dance in this whole trip. After all this horrible experience the driver said manager will contact me in the next day morning for rescheduling the same trip, but I never received the call, when I contacted the staycation they suggested me to contact the driver, the driver is least bothered and he is a greedy person, now I am behind them to refund my money I paid for, they have spoiled my whole day during my vacation, luckily I was able to book with Rayna tours for the same trip and I had wonderful experience with them as they are more professional and friendly with the customers.
