南からのコフェテ4x4サファリツアー

Leaving the hotels around 9 a.m., the 4x4 first heads toward the port of Morro Jable for a restroom break before starting. The excursion passes by a lookout point above Cofete beach, then the 4x4s head toward Cofete beach where we had 1 hour to walk around and take photos. Then the excursion continues toward the southern tip of the island with several photo stops and ends after passing the lighthouse with a lunch or beach break of your choice (beach not great). Then return to the hotels. Lovely staff, very comfortable vehicles. We really enjoyed this tour.

Great day, weather was excellent. Went to all the places but could have done with a little more time at some of the stops. Tour very well organised with humorous tour guide.

This half-day trip takes us on a bus tour to discover inaccessible corners. From lunar landscapes in the interior to coastal panoramas on the open horizon, including one near the observation and torture centre used by the Nazis during the Second World War. You will also discover different geological layers that formed the island of FUERTEVENTURA. To do preferably in the morning to avoid the crowds of tourists who make this outing in 4x4.

Good excursion overall. Unfortunately there was a lot of cloud and a little rain (drizzle) but short-lived. The guide was friendly and he gave us several interesting information about the island and the beach. The road is winding and dirt. Several take their rental cars but we met two vehicles that had a flat tire. I recommend the excursion to avoid hassle. It is important to note that when I booked I had the option of a French speaking guide. Unfortunately this was not the case. It should be checked whether this option was actually available. But we remain satisfied.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Fuertaventura. Here we saw the most stunning views we have ever seen anywhere! The guides are very knowledgeable and make the experience even better! And to top it off, we watched the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine. Book it! Don’t miss out!
