Booked this tour to see the koalas (I don’t do zoos, but could justify seeing them at a sanctuary), and I felt very rushed. Only had 40-45 mins total, including walking to and from the bus. Also, there was very little information given at the sanctuary as it was self-guided. Snacks were only Oreos, which was very limiting compared to the wild kangaroo tour I did a few days prior (which provided a generous array of Australian snacks and drinks). The bus wasn’t very comfortable. It was stuffy and didn’t have curtains to block the sun. There man who sat in front me of kept coughing without covering his mouth. It would have been nice to set some ground rules.

This trip was sensational! Literally 3 tours in 1, excellent value. My 6 year loved the sand boarding (it’s like sledding but on sand) We even saw wild Kangaroos on the bus ride back and the driver pulled over to let us take pics.

It was an excellent experience for my family with the friendly and helpful tour guide Gordon and Sota. I have no doubt to recommend them. We saw dolphin and they swam with the boat with us!

Nice tour guide Sota and Gordon. They are really helpful and nice sharing experience. We are well care and i can see many dolphins swimming with us finally. The sanding is super funny. Stongly recommended if you travel to Sydney. Suitable for small kids just 6 years old.

We packed a lot into one day on this adventure! The dolphin cruise was gorgeous, and we loved our visit to the koala sanctuary. The highlight was sandboarding where the desert meets the ocean. Once in a lifetime experience.

Simon's guide is very kind, timely transfer, detailed explanation, the tour is very fun, and the children are very happy to play, I recommend everyone to participate

Tour guide was amazing! The rest not so great. It’s a LOT of driving and not much actually doing anything. Wasn’t worth it for the 12 hour tour. Dolphin cruise saw no dolphins. Then you’re rushed for lunch. Rushed at the Koala sanctuary (which is tiny but cute) and then rushed at the sand dunes. Bus was uncomfortable for the 6 hours round trip.
