Good place to visit if you like zoos

We loved the zoo, really great experience. It’s fairly small and easy to get around and we spent about 3 hours here in total. We were really lucky to see the snow leopard’s moving and one of the bears playing in the water which we loved. The penguins were great to watch, The sheep and goats in the children’s zoo were really friendly and funny when feeding them. The 4D theatre show is only 10 minutes long but worth the visit, funny & heart warming. All round great experience and highly recommended.

A really sweet place to visit, well presented and cared for. Lots of information on the animals, beautiful garden settings.

You don't necessarily expect to see that in Central Park. The kids loved it and so did we. Atypical animals for this location

Small zoo with cute animal shows and petting zoo outside the main zoo area. We didn’t go see the movie but we enjoyed the zoo.

Just buy your tickets online ahead of time. You don't need a "tour". Your purchase will include the Zoo, the "Children's Zoo (petting zoo) and also a 5-D movie. This is worth the expense. I was shocked how extensive the zoo was, much better than I recalled. The kids (aged 8 and 13) had a great time for approximately 2.5 hours of fun. Good for all ages. There are a couple of feeding events, and the animals are in close proximity so the children could easily see them. Highly recommend.

Just Enjoy! Beautiful weather, spend the day taking in a little nature in the heart of New York City. Grab lunch at Tavern on the Green to add a special touch.

Small zoo but cute & interesting animals. We walked slow and relaxed on a bench in the shade to wait for the seal show. It was nice to watch the birds and squirrels for awhile. The 4d show was also cute too!

We visited Central Park Zoo during our trip and really enjoyed it. It wasn’t as big as I originally thought it would be, but we still spent a good 45 minutes to an hour walking around and looking at the animals. It was also really quiet when we went, which made it nice and relaxing to walk around without big crowds. The zoo is well kept and easy to get around, making it a nice stop if you’re already visiting Central Park.
