We did the 4 hour boat ride leaving out of Isla Mujeres, departure was 3 pm. It started out a little bad due to not knowing where exactly to be for pick up. We were told the area and to arrive 15 min early. We didn’t know which dock to go to and they were 15 min past the departure time. I was worried it wasn’t going to be ok as it was a surprise birthday gift for my sister. Once we were told the dock and met the crew everything changed!! Andi (Andrea) our hostess was amazing and full of knowledge about anything we asked! Bond, our captain was great and very sweet. Angel, the chef was hard at work the entire time preparing delicious meals!!!! The food and drinks were amazing. And we had a deck hand to help put out boat toys and all extra stuff, I don’t remember his name be he was great as well!! We went to a sunken ship/boat to snorkel first. Andi got in the water with us and kept a very close eye on all of us. I have to mention, while snorkeling they only provide mask, find and life vest NOT the mouth piece. Some in my group did not like not have the mouth piece to use, you have to come up for air more often!! Then we went to The south side of the island and anchored. This side is more quiet and beautiful. We snorkeled more, floated on the raft/pad (I think that should be updated), we paddle boarded and just relaxed! Since we’re headed out 15 late they made the time up for us at the end! I highly recommend this team and the agency, it was above our expectations!!!!! Enjoy!

Erick and Luis was amazing the took really good care of us...We had nothing to worry about made ours drinks and more!!!!!
