We had a wonderful time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff were organized and knowledgeable. The views were breathtaking. The weight requirements do not make sense. But overall, an awesome experience.

Our Air Maui doors-off helicopter tour was an incredible experience! The staff provided exceptional service from start to finish, and our pilot, Richie, was amazing. He shared tons of interesting details along the way and kept us laughing with his dad jokes. I did get motion sick, but thankfully never got sick enough to throw up. Our only disappointment was that the tour video didn’t work that day due to the weather. Overall, an unforgettable experience and absolutely worth doing!

I personally pushed for this tour for my family of 4 (me included) because I had seen so many great reviews. Richie did not disappoint my parents were shocked by the views and we heard so many stories from Richie's life and family! Oh and I know it's a 7-person helicopter (with the pilot) but they gave us 2 seats that were at the end (party of 4) and the other party (party of 2) had one end seat and they were seated in front. We all had great views my parents were in the middle and they loved it! They actually appreciated being blocked from the wind so do not let that deter you! 10000/10 recommend this tour! I know it's pricey but it's so worth it! Trust me you will remember this for the rest of your life!

This helicopter ride blew the doors off (no pun intended lol) Richie was an amazing! Not only because of his knowledge but also his great sense of humor the whole flight. I would recommend asking to be seated behind the pilot or to be seated in the front if you are taller than 6 feet because there no is no leg room. Overall it was a breathtaking experience and would definitely do it again!
