Search Reddit and you'll find many people think this is a waste of money. Company has zero customer support, so expect no help from them.

we visited Napa Valley/Sonoma for 1 week and gained the cost of the pass back in ONE day!!. Plus, we emailed for a complimentary itinerary and received a very detailed plan for the whole week. Full of great suggestions on places to eat and vineyards that met our taste. These guys are fantastic. You're gonna love this! Buy it now!!
Jamie Ng was our Priority Pass concierge and was wonderfully responsive! This is our first trip to Napa and I was overwhelmed trying to plan our itinerary. She did all the planning for me and made sure we could use our BOGO! Now I’m excited!

Priority Wine pass was great! They suggested an itinerary based on our wine preference and it was exactly what we were looking for. They also made dining recommendations that were fantastic. I wouldn’t tackle Napa and Sonoma without their help.
Waste of money. It did not get us any discounts and we visited 8 wineries. Wineries did not even know what this was.
I bought the month pass in order to get an itinerary made for our day. It was really a wonderful day. We discovered wonderful new products and had great meals. It was an overall success, thanks to Jamie that made our day in Napa unforgettable!
This week, in just a few emails, Jamie created myself and my husband an itinerary for NAPA that was so amazing that we ended up booking almost single winery recommended. It was mindful of our budget, timing, travel time, and home base. We also booked dinners at all the places that were recommended too. Planning and researching would have taken us hours. We travel a lot and this is one of the best services we’ve ever used. We just wanted to express our gratitude and excitement for our trip. Also every winery we called was a pleasure to work with and honored the wine pass with no issue. We can’t wait for our trip in October !
My advice would be to take advantage of getting a consultation. I had no idea where to go and Jamie Ng gave me great suggestions based on wine preference and budget.
Many of the Popular and Beautiful Wineries are on their List!! We read that 50% Off applies to the 2-1. We had 4 in our group, so we bought 2 Passes! We had a Great Time!! Can't wait to go back!! To Improve: Get more of the Wineries to accept your Wine Pass. Whether 2-1 or 20-30% discount!
The Priority Wine Pass was a great value for discount tastings at some great wineries. Being a first time traveler to Sonoma and Napa, I purchased the pass more for the itinerary planning, the discounts were a nice bonus. Jamie N. put together a great plan for our recent trip. Not only did she suggest great wineries that were part of the pass, she also referenced some that were not and also provided great details about each one plus recommendations for places to eat lunch and dinner on the way. Well worth the price.
