Omar, Antonio, Miguel, and Aarón are the best; if you want to have a spectacular day, they will make it happen. They are truly great.

I went hiking through an agency in Tenerife and the experience with the Water Sports company was just horrible. They did not allow us to bring our phones for photos or videos, making absurd excuses about accidents, when in reality they wanted to charge us 20€ for jetskiing and 20€ for parasailing, with photos often of poor quality. The parasailing, which should have lasted 10 minutes, was over in less than 5, leaving all participants disappointed and angry. Jetskiing was the ugliest excursion of the holiday: in 4 jetskis plus the guide, we spent hours waiting for others, managing to drive seriously for only a few minutes. The organization was chaotic and seemed designed only to squeeze money out of customers, not to give them a fun experience. The price paid does not reflect what we have experienced: a hasty, disappointing and frustrating experience. I would never return and would definitely not recommend Water Sports.

Absolutely love this! My daughter’s first time on both the Jet Ski and parasailing. She loved this as much as I did! Fantastic instructors on both activities. Will definitely recommend and will rebook again next year when we are back - THANK YOU 🙏🏻

Utterly rude staff, won't let you take own camera/phones or anything, instead decide to keep stopping the activities to take photos and then shout abuse if you can't hear what they're saying clearly from 100 metres away over the sea and engines.

We booked for our boys to go on the jet skis as they have never been old enough to drive one before this holiday. They were picked up on a boat and taken over to where the jet skis were kept. They had the best time and enjoyed every second of their time on the water. Once their time was up the boat came back to pick my wife and I up so we could all go to do the parascending. The staff put the harness on us and up we went two people at a time. My wife doesn’t like heights but she still participated. Again the boys loved this activity. The staff take lots of photos of your time in the air and when you get lifted and brought back down. If you pay for the photos they email them to you, which we did for €40 for both activities. All in all it was worth what we paid because of how much the boys loved their time on the water.

Was treated very poorly, we were the last ride out at 5.00pm 23/10 and I can only imagine the instructor had not had a very good day. After being spoken to like a child after only being out on the bikes for 2 mins, I decided to curtail and return to the beech, such a shame and a waste of valuable time. This was booked through our hotel who were not happy when they were informed.

We booked jet ski, parascending and fly fish with this group. We left shore on the boat and got on jet skis, very rough sea but still good fun and the guide was good. When we finished and needed to go to the parascending we had to swap boats out at sea and with the rough water this was really dangerous. We waited for our turn on the boat for parascending and the views were great when we eventually got up there. The main boat picked us up again and returned to shore to drop others off, I told them I didnt want to do the fly fish because of sea sickness and we left at this time also. The worst part of this tour is we wanted photos and I've never known a tour where the photos were so complicated to get and they demanded bank transfer for 30 euros which is a rip off so we didn't buy them.

We booked the triple package consisting of Parasailing, Jetski and FlyFish. Actually, 4-5 stars would have been appropriate. Parasailing and jet skiing were very good and a lot of fun for me and my 12-year-old son. Then came FlyFish, which is supposed to be a hardcore variant of the Banana boat. We had told the boatmaster not to go too fast. Next to us were 4 Frenchmen, who didn't want it fierce either. But the boatmaster didn't take it so seriously, went full throttle and ignored our screams and stop calls. Actually, a no go. It is extremely difficult to hold on to the FlyFish and after a short time my son only cried (as did the French next door). The risk of injury is also quite high. Eventually we flew into the water, which led to the end of the action. I'm not a sissy and I'm used to a lot of things, but that's unacceptable. You should really think about this package carefully. Maybe there are providers who have a better grip on your employees.
