We were at the pickup point at the agreed time and no one came.
After over an hour, we were able to contact the provider, who then canceled on us.
He then wanted to offer us an alternative date, but that didn't happen.
However, the refund worked without any problems.

Diese Tour wurde am selben Morgen aus reinen Sicherheitsgründen abgesagt, aufgrund einer offiziellen Wetterwarnung des kroatischen Wetterdienstes (DHMZ) für Istrien mit Gewittern, auffrischendem Wind und Böen von 35 bis 45 Knoten. Wir sind nicht bereit, Gäste bei solchen Bedingungen aufs Meer hinauszuführen.
Die Absage wurde im Voraus über Viator, unseren Buchungskanal, versendet, sodass die Benachrichtigung Sie auf diesem Weg hätte erreichen sollen. Leider haben Sie über eine Stunde am Treffpunkt gewartet, bevor Sie uns kontaktiert haben, obwohl die Absage zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits verarbeitet war. Ein Blick in Ihre Viator-Buchung oder ein kurzer Anruf hätte Ihnen dieses Warten erspart.
Wir haben Ihnen auch einen Ersatztermin angeboten, der Ihnen jedoch leider nicht passte, sodass Sie sich für eine andere Tour entschieden haben. Ihre Rückerstattung wurde, wie Sie selbst bestätigen, problemlos abgewickelt.

Highly recommended unforgettable experience!
We had a very positive experience with Sail Istria - a small startup with two boats with trips from Pula and Poreč. Andrej was extremely helpful and flexible and adapted our tour to our wishes. Our skipper Paul was very kind, professional and funny and did all to make this very personal and unforgettable! We were spoiled with beautiful bathing and snorkelling spots and free drinks and could use the SUP and GoPro camera. Highly recommended !

Super nice and well catered tour
The tourgide Pavao was super cheerful. He made small talk and was interested in us and in the Netherlands. We laughed a lot with him!
We were allowed to help with sailing, put on our own music and use the GoPro for gift images while snorkeling. We had a great afternoon and recommend this tour to everyone!

Half-Day Sailing, Pula - Croatia
Super lovely boat excursion with lots of stops for swimming and snorkeling and SUP. The staff was professional. Can warmly recommend. Maximum 8 people on board which makes the experience more genuine.

Beautiful Sailing Experience!
Wow! What an amazing way to see Pula! The sailing experience was beautiful and certainly a wonderful time. Both the owner and our skipper (David) were excellent at communicating, alleviating any travel stress. David was great! He sat us down at the start of the trip and showed us his plan then asked if had any input to tailor the trip to our desires. Despite the cost of the trip, we would 100% recommend this experience!

Unforgettable sailing experience in Pula
We went on a 4 hour sailing trip and it was absolutely amazing! It was my first time on a sailboat, and it exceeded all my expectations.
David, the skipper, was very experienced and he immediately made us feel at ease. The sailing itself was breathtaking. We anchored nearby different islands to have a swim and do some snorkeling. This was undoubtedly an experience I won’t soon forget, and I can’t wait to do it again.
This sailing tour is something I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a boat tour when visiting Pula.

Excellent!
Really smooth process from time of booking online until the day of the actual trip. Our skipper was really knowledgeable and recommended where was best to stop off based on the weather. We ended up swimming in a cove which we had completely to ourselves which was so beautiful and a real highlight. Snorkels, paddle board, refreshments and GoPro camera were provided which we were very pleasantly surprised by. We didn’t want the trip to end and wished we’d done a full day!

Great couple of hours

No.1 sailing
Our sailing trip was amazing! The skipper was excellent, making sure everything went smoothly. We had an incredible time cliff jumping and exploring a cave underwater. Seeing dolphins up close was a truly magical moment.
We also stopped at a restaurant where the food was excellent. It was an unforgettable adventure that I would highly recommend to anyone!
