We had a brilliant time at the shooting range. There was a mix-up with our booking, so we were picked up late from the Bellagio, but Paul was really apologetic and couldn’t have been nicer about it. He was a great guide and gave us loads of interesting information about Vegas on the way. The shooting itself was fantastic and great fun. We’d definitely recommend the experience to anyone visiting Vegas. Thanks again, Paul, for the great photos and videos!
Due to a number mix-up, instead of Sunday, Saturday was booked; a rebooking was denied, and the amount of 345€ was simply withheld without service. Never again, VIP@2Vegas.com and Viator did not help me with this either.
Sie haben leider das falsche Datum gebucht. Zudem haben wir Ihnen bereits am Tag vor der Tour eine Nachricht geschickt, um den Termin noch einmal zu bestätigen. Auf diese Nachricht haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Am folgenden Tag war die Tour bereits vollständig ausgebucht, sodass eine Umbuchung leider nicht mehr möglich war. Dies lag daher nicht in unserem Verantwortungsbereich. Wenn man beispielsweise eine Eintrittskarte für eine Show kauft und die Vorstellung verpasst, kann der Veranstalter die Aufführung in der Regel ebenfalls nicht einfach erneut durchführen. Aus demselben Grund konnten wir Ihre Buchung leider nicht auf einen anderen Termin übertragen. Wir bedauern, dass Sie enttäuscht sind, hoffen jedoch auf Ihr Verständnis für unsere Stornierungs- und Umbuchungsrichtlinien.

Great morning out.. we've never shot before, and the guide was great and very clear in what we needed to do. Blair was our host for the day and kept us informed on pick up, and times etc. He also took loads of pictures that he shared, which was very kind of him. I would definitely recommend as a break away from the Strip, and a first try of in-and-out burgers was a hit!
