Good experience, beautiful places, incredible views... and the best guide full of charm and humor.
Excellent service, I recommend them 100% and I would choose them again, all the guides were excellent.
We did the 4 excursions with the company, everything was excellent.
Today we did Calafate... everything beautiful!! Alejandra is a genius... thank you 🙌🙌
Excellent experience with the guide María...a genius!!! Highly recommended agency, super responsible, always organized.
Excellent Flor Mendoza and Luis Sosa....... Also Franco. Thank you
We did the first three of the four trips listed here. The scenery was absolutely amazing but the days were 12-13 hours long and most of the day is spent on a bus with no bathroom. After three days, we could not bear the thought of 8 hours on a bus for 15 minutes looking at a mountain and 2 hours in a small town. The guides were good and spoke both english and Spanish during the trip. It did appear that in some instances the Spanish version was much longer but I got the gist of it. Please be aware that on some of the stops you are required to pay 500 pesos to use the bathroom. Also be aware the at even though the description says that all entry fees to the salt flats are included, they are not. It costs 8000 pesos to enter. When I pointed out that Viator says they were included, I was told that if I did not pay I would have to sit on the bus. I sucked it up and paid. Viator was helpful and refunded the amount back to me after a complaint was filed. But I am sure this tour company has gotten away with this forever. According to our guide, They have been charging at the flats since 2020. If I were ever to return I think I would choose the trips individually rather than as a package. The first three days were all different but the last day seemed as if it would be making many of the same stops. That is why we skipped it. Pick and choose where you want to go instead. Thank you Viator for standing behind your product and refunding the amount that was supposed to be included. Great customer service.
The excursions were beautiful! The guides were great: we had Hornocal with Mauro, Salinas with Daniel, and Cafayate with Yesi (a genius). The trips are super comfortable, they go by very quickly, the guys help the time fly by and always with a laugh or a fact to learn new things. We will return soon.
It is our first trip to the north and the truth is we were fascinated by the landscapes and everything... the coordinators are geniuses... MARIA has a very good vibe and is a genius... DANIEL the driver... a great guy playing music for the trip... total geniuses
Communication with the company was excellent, and they are well organized. The tours entail a lot of driving, which we were prepared for, but the problem is most of their vans are not ideal for this type of sightseeing - the windows kept steaming up, and if you have the misfortune of being the last person to be picked up from your hotel, you'll have to sit in the back, from where you can see almost nothing (happened to us twice). The majority of people in our groups were Spanish-speaking, but the guides did their best to make us feel included and give us the same information. That being said, the content of the tours is quite basic and the storytelling underwhelming (the exception was Abel, who was quite a performer). Bathroom breaks are usually at spots where you can buy some local products. They also don't tell you in advance how much cash you should bring, so I suggest to bring extra just in case. When you finally arrive at your destination, the guides invite everyone to have lunch together at a restaurant of their choice (usually very touristy), but this is optional. All in all, we saw some amazing sights, but the tours could definitely be improved.
