A big scam/ disappointment
Booked last minute, had no response, but paid of course. Since we started traveling the day to booking we only got there o
Being able to contact us, when booking we did not have a stay for the day before, so we did not have to and could not pass this on. Once on location contacted in all possible ways, via tripadvisor app, by phone, number turned out to be wrong, internet, email, other phone number, did not work, no response, final viator called, they indicated , no they I'm about I'm going to email them, but no response to that either. Maw the second day on the trip no tour, no stay. Locally booked another short re tour and an extra night somewhere in marrakesh... all in all
A lot of stress and disappointment, now just hope we get our money back
Trip advisor gave 5 stars, so what does that say???

vous avez fait une demande de réservation le 24 décembre pour départ le 26.
nous avons veux la demander 25 et nous avons pas confirmé cette demande car ca demande un peux de temps pour déjà trouver la disponibilité en dernière minutes a une saison comme fin d'année.
il y a un problème de communication de notre part et pour cela j'ai répondu a votre mail pour donner une explication .
pour le payement voir avec la plateforme.
nous avons reçu aucune payement de votre part.
pour organiser un tour de 4 jours en même pas 24 heures en fin d'année !!
donc désolé pour manque de commentaire espérant pouvoir vous récompensez avec un beau voyage une prochain fois, juste réserve a temps.
Heavenly holiday!
We had an amazing four days in Morocco. Karim was the most attentive tour guide, and my girls and I really felt as if we had a taste of 'the real Morocco '.
We had wonderful food throughout our trip and some fantastic shopping. We brought home some fabulous pottery, perfume and textiles that Karim helped us bargain for. I feel like we may have paid a lot more had we not had such a knowledgeable guide.
The weather was amazing and the views just breathtaking.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fantastic company and have already told all my friends and family what an amazing time we had.
Terrific trip through the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara
I took this 4 day trip with my two kids (19 and 22) and we had a fantastic time. Abdul picked us up near our riad in the medina and we headed out toward the Atlas Mountains. We spent a fair amount of time in the car over the four days, but it was totally worth it as we were able to take in so much of the really magnificent countryside. Highlights included the night in the tent in the Sahara. Obviously, a tent camp set up for tourists, but really fun nonetheless. We ate a really good dinner in the dining tent and then the staff made a campfire and sang some traditional Berber songs. (We were there in late December so it was pretty cold in the tent at night. . . .) And, of course, the starts were fantastic. We had the good fortune of having our last night fall on New Year's Eve. The hotel prepared an amazing 5 course meal and arranged for 4 very talented local Berber musicians to play music for almost 4 hours.
Our driver/guide Abdul was wonderful. I always felt comfortable with him at the wheel. He gave us time at meals to be alone, but he was a total joy to be with. My son had just finished a semester of Arabic in college and he and Abdul talked together as best they could. Abdul always greeted us with a smile and made the four days a total pleasure.
