Fantastic day, great guides and bus driver was amazing around some quite tight turns. Had the best day.

This tour is excellent to learn all there is about the history of Milan, the Castello, Duomo, the grand San Siro Stadium, among many other interesting places as you are riding on a double-decker bus. The best spot is sitting on the top, better scenery! I had so much fun hopping on and off all 4 lines (yellow, green, blue and red) on my last day in the city. It is the second best tour that I have taken during my 4-day stay in Milan. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

If you do not feel like walking and walking to see the main tourist attractions of Milan, any of the 4 existing routes will take you through the city to the most attractive things it has; I recommend starting with the yellow route and then transferring to any of the blue or green routes, you can do that at the Duomo or at the Sforza Castle, which is where the transfers work best. You will enjoy it.

Don’t buy ahead of time . . Bought a 72 hour pass but never used it. Didn’t see a bus stop anywhere. Wasn’t convenient to our area and ran out of time to activate.

First line (yellow) the commentary was out of sync with the bus position ans AI generated commentary spoke so fast couldn’t understand it. The driver announcements were unintelligible so couldn’t make out what stop we were at. At Duomo swapped bus to redline. Over half of the headphone jacks didn’t work.

Total scam by Viator. Used to trust Viator but after this experience will never use Viator again. Tour was advertised as for hop-on hop-off bus, but the drivers would not let us board. The bus drivers said the Viator issued tickets were not valid.

I highly recommend using the Hop On Hop Off on your first day for an overview of the city. Commentary is provided in many languages and is informative, although for some reason most people did not seem to use it; I think they miss a lot. They provide earbuds. There are four routes, all included. I took the yellow from the Duomo then returned and hopped onto the blue. In 2 hours I had a great overview of the city.

The best way to see a new city from the top level of the Hop on Hop off bus. We have been on quite a few of these all over the world and found the Milan City Sightseeing right up there near the top. The four routes were interesting and divided into different aspects of interest. The bus was clean, the headphones and sockets worked well and the commentary kept pace with the sights we were seeing.

Very disappointing. Audio was intermittent and there was more music than information. Did 2 of the routes but it was very confusing as to where the stops were on the route. Very stop start with the traffic. Ended up walking around Milan instead. Terrible value for money.

Great to have 4 bus routes however the timing meant you could rarely switch to another line with ease. The commentary also gave hardly any information mostly playing classical music. On a rainy day, we had to sit downstairs however the windows were blacked out and opaque due to artwork on the side of the bus. Would not recommend.
