Decent bus ride, just not alot to see. I think $10-15 would be fair for such a small city with less than 10 stops. Also, how is there no bar code reader for tickets? Yikes, as a tourist, there’s no way I’d now that the bus people don’t have this device. The site generates a bar code for the tickets but they preferred seeing the entire email? One bus driver didn’t speak any English and we almost got turned away because he didn’t understand us. Milan has definitely seen us for this one time lol

I use this service in every city I visit This bus offered 4 routes which was good although needs redesigned Bus stops need better signage Few of the staff were quite dismissive very little interaction with customers and showed no pride in the company

We have used this tour in every country we have traveled but in Milan it was extremely confusing and the conductors were not helpful. If you are looking to use the hop on hop off bus in Milan use the Milan open bus instead more stops and better organized. The map and QR code are not on schedule and while there are several lines to ride they don’t all connect. We hopped on one line and then two stops later told it was the end and no other bus was going to that location. Ended up taking a cab back to where we started.

almost no information given about the sights and history of milan. an hour sitting in traffic, listening to classical music on the provided headphones. very disappointed and would not recommend this specific tour (yellow line)

As far as other hop on hop off bus companies go, it's pretty average. The audio commentary is not detailed and about a block to late. Having 4 routes though the city is a good idea.

From booking and payment, there were clear instructions. On the commencement of our pass, it was quickly scanned and our trips began.

Always a great way of finding your bearings when u land in a city, familiar ise yourself with the area. Difficult to hear the recordings clearly, couldn't clearly identify what was being described. Felt we were ahead or behind all the time.

While booking this tour, I opened a new tab which inadvertently changed the date from 09/06 to 06/06 (less than 24 hours). I noticed within a couple of hours an immediately messaged the tour operator through viator requesting to change the dates. The tour operator did not respond. I sent a follow up message a few days later and the tour operator still did not respond. I waited a week to leave this review to try and give the tour operator an opportunity to respond even if it was to tell me "sorry, but refunds within 24 hours can't be honored" but I received ZERO communication.
