Safari Partners is a third party booking agent. This means they will find other Company that will take booking. NO STANDARD and Less Service! Our booking agent was Edward which was impossible to contact when we had a problem and did not do a proper job with booking causing a lot of stress on our Safari. The 1) Safari vehicle used was not up to Healthy standards. After spending 12 hours traveling to and from Serengeti National Park, the vehicle was plagued by Dust and Dirt due to faulty windows, doors and no air conditioning which could help filter the air. This resulted in an unhealthy air quality inside the vehicle, especially for senior citizens. 2) Moreover, communication with Edward became inadequate after he received payment for the Safari. He also 3) failed to book the correct number of rooms for the duration of our Safari, leaving one night unbooked. Edward also 4) misbooked our flight to Zanzibar causing us to spend night in Dar es Salaam in a very very cheap and dirty Hotel. After we paid for Zanzibar Hotel and missing the first night in Tembo Hotel Zanzibar. Edward also 5) promised a city tour of Arusha though the driver showed up an 75 minutes late allowing no time for City Excursion. Edward should know his contract helper. Edward did not take responsible to his clients! 6) Safari Vehicle had many problems: windows and doors will not shut properly leaking in dust and dirt, loud noise after starting engine, seat belt and safety bar did not work properly, and finally Vehicle Broke Down. In my life experiences, words are Cheap and often used by individuals with Questionable motives to shift blame. Edward did not offer any refund, just a bunch of red excuses and misleading statements blaming others. My recommendation is to find another company to plan your Safari! Don't use Edward.

I saw the migration and it was an incredible experience. I recommend going during this period which is certainly the richest in memorable experiences

Serengeti national park is very beautiful place, big populations of Animals like Wildebeests, Zebras, Birds, Lions, Leopards, cheetahs actually was very amazing

My family and I were blessed enough to drive through the Serengeti last year. The nature experience was absolutely out of this world, and different to the Kruger national park. Unfortunately, the cost was exorbitant and geared for the Euro/dollar. Logistically, it was a GRAVY TRAIN. We felt there should be fee for Africans like ourselves {we're South African} to make it more affordable. The cost was $60 per day PER PERSON, plus $150 for our car because it was over a certain weight. We stayed in the public campsites, we were unfortunately clustered quite closely together, probably so that they could be 'serviced'. Having said that, they toilets didn't flush well or at all, and the showers were cold. SURELY SOLAR PANELS COULD BE PUT UP for the amount of money paid. When we were trying to fall asleep to the sound of nature, we heard the staff party in the distance - music /voices, disconcerting given the nature experience we were expecting. Despite the huge cost of having our car there, the MAIN gravelroad was uneven, bumpy and corrugated. We saw a grader standing on the side of the road, clearly having not done its job. Thank goodness for the beauty and natural experience of the place , because the rest isn't worth it. Summary : nature experience 10/10. Accommodation/service 1/10.

We went to two friends and quickly became a group with the other tourists. The stay is well organized, we lacked nothing. Our guide has been fabulous, he has a lot of experience in his work, knows how to answer all your questions about nature animals... He knows the right places and adapts to your desires! His name is Ezekiel and I wish you to meet him! For a first safari, we saw the big five including about twenty lions and lion cubs when they woke up, in the middle of zebra hunting, elephants in the middle of mud bath, hyenas even rode around our camp it was incredible! An elephant came to say hello during our lunch it was an incredible experience! We were even lucky enough to see a black rhinoceros when there are only about 30 left in the world. We were also accompanied by a very good cook who prepared good little dishes with love, rich and healthy vegetable soups in the evening that were succulent and various dishes suitable for everyone including children. We slept comfortably and had agents at our disposal at the slightest questioning! A team at the top, thank you:)
