アテネ4島クルーズ：アギストリ、アイギナ、メトピ、サラミナ＆ランチ

Our group of eight booked the 4-island cruise for €165 per person. The new Omega yacht and the advertised premium onboard experience were the main reasons we chose this option. When we arrived, we were placed on Calypso, an older traditional wooden vessel, without having been informed beforehand. We were not offered the choice to cancel, reschedule or accept the substitution. After speaking with other passengers, we understood that several of them had booked the cheaper 3-island cruise, while we had paid for the more expensive product. The Salamina stop did not take place and the final swimming stop was shortened. We accept that weather and safety conditions can require itinerary changes and do not question the captain’s authority in that respect. However, this does not explain the unannounced vessel substitution. What concerned us most was the inconsistent communication. Onboard, we were told that Omega had been booked elsewhere. In its later written response, the company stated that Omega had suffered a technical problem. No clear explanation was given for why we had not been informed before boarding. The weather was excellent, the transfer was reliable, the food was okay and some crew members were friendly. Unfortunately, the organisation was disappointing, and parts of the onboard communication felt angry and unprofessional. Following a lengthy complaint, the company refunded 20%, equal to €33 per passenger. We accepted the payment but remain dissatisfied with both the experience and the way the situation was handled. Pursuing the remaining dispute through a cross-border court procedure would have required disproportionate time and expense. Future customers should obtain written confirmation of both the vessel and itinerary before booking. Based on our experience, I would not book with this company again.

Very welcoming staff, and even though they didn't speak Italian, they made themselves understood well through translators... excellent.

This was the best full day cruise ever! The boat was amazing, the staff were professional and upbeat without it feeling like a performance. The food was delicious with plenty of drinks. Honestly my daughter (27) and I (53) couldn’t fault it, we had the best day and have already recommended this cruise friends. It’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me 🚢⚓️🙏

I was in Athens for work and been recommended by the hotel concierge the All day cruise experience and that was the best decision we made. The boat is sailing wooden boat with very tasty Greek food, very friendly staff and plenty of fun. We also met so many people it was unbelievable making so many connections. Next we are in Athens with my girlfriend we definitely have to go and visit the island. Beautiful everything, thank you guys for being such amazing people.

I joined this experience with my family in October. The weather was still beautiful, and we really enjoyed the islands and the swimming stop near Salamina, which has so much history. We didn’t go out on the island since it was a swim stop, but the crew shared a lovely short story about it, which made it even more special. We absolutely loved the boat, the crew’s amazing service, and the food — truly some of the best we’ve had in Greece. It was a wonderful day, and we’d definitely do it again!
