Good i see a lot of thing and good company

We just returned from an absolutely incredible week-long family safari this May with our 19-year-old son, and we cannot recommend this experience enough! From start to finish, everything was flawless. ​The accommodation, food, and housekeeping were all amazing. A massive highlight for us was dinner time; every evening while we ate, we were treated to visits from elephants, lions, and a beautiful array of birds right by the camp. It was pure magic. ​Our itinerary was perfectly balanced with morning and evening game drives, amazing safari bush walks down to the river, and two full days inside Kruger National Park. The wildlife viewing was spectacular—we were blessed to see both the Big 5 and the "Ugly 5," as well as lots more wired and wonderful wildlife and we were constantly amazed by just how close the wildlife came to the jeeps. ​What truly sets this experience apart, though, is the team. All of our guides were exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable. A huge shout out to John, Smiley, Rocky, Nadine, George, Whian, Andy and Raymond (to name a few), who made our outings so memorable. A special mention must go to Luke, the Camp Manager and Head Guide. Luke is fantastic—his organization, deep knowledge, and uncanny ability to locate wildlife on the game drives made our trip extra special. (And yes, Luke, you definitely earned this shoutout! 😂) ​If you are planning a safari, this is the one to book. We left with lifelong memories and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team!

Had a fantastic experience with Viva! From our first shuttle driver, to the guides, to the reception and kitchen staff - service and knowledge was top notch. We saw EVERY animal that we were hoping to see and many that we didn’t know about. The food was home cooked and served family style which created a friendly vibe.

We had an absolutely amazing safari experience! We saw far more animals than we expected and felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Everything was perfectly organized, and the food was incredibly delicious. What made the experience even more special for us was getting to know the whole team. Everyone shared so much knowledge about the animals and the place, which made us feel truly connected to the experience. A special thank you to Smiley, V, and Andy for their great personalities and for making the safari even more memorable. It was our very first safari, and it exceeded all our expectations. Wonderful experience staying at Tremisana Lodge and going to Kruger. All of the guides (Smiley, Rocky, John, V, Ray) were knowledgeable, gave a great tour and were committed to seeing as many sightings as possible. The walk was an extra special moment. Spotting the big 5 was a highlight. Highly recommend Viva with added bonus of great food and beautiful scenery.

The experience we had with Viva Safaris was amazing, professional, and worry free. The company goes above and beyond to deliver the perfect safari experience. For the accommodation piece, the lodge was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations for being so remote. As for the safari itself, we saw so many different kinds of animals! This of course was not possible without Viva Safaris amazing guides such as Luke and Rocky! You could tell that these guys have both a passion for the animals and the service industry. Lastly, the food we ate while there was delicious and cooked by the sweetest ladies. Looking back, we wouldn’t have picked another safari company! Thank you for the experience of a lifetime!

Everything was amazing! The day was very well planned and organized. We felt like our group was the only one there. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience, very proactive staff who showed their professionalism

Warm, welcoming and knowledgeable introduction to the wildlife of the region. The guides were all good. Among the many memorable experiences, we especially appreciated a walk where we learned a huge amount about how people have lived and still live connected with the landscape and its plants and animals. Tremisama is beautiful and comfortable, with delicious home-cooked food. It was wonderful that wildlife was all around, in the trees, around the waterhole in front of the terrace and even on the terrace. From pick-up to drop-off and all the experiences between, everything was perfectly organised so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. The staff were simply delightful! We can completely recommend Viva Safaris if you are coming to South Africa.

Everything perfect, spectacular attention, all the staff are very attentive and willing, from the guides of the departures to the people who served breakfast and dinner. The person who resects you and organizes your activities every day, a genius! A pleasure, we saw many animals and the guides approached and braked so we can take the best pictures!! Let's hear it for this whole stand!!! And the well-tailored facilities for a safari, every candlelit dinner and stove were magical! Along with the always varied homemade food. I recommend it 1000x1000
