We aren’t usually “tour” people, especially group tours. She is a wealth of knowledge and Goes above and beyond. If you want To get the most out of your visit, especially if you’re short on time you need to do a tour with them. My wife & I booked the 6 hr. “Rent a Friend” tour with Juani in Bogota last week, and had an amazing experience. Before arriving, we expressed what we’d like to do while in town, and Zebra Fisgona handled the details. We started at Gran Parrilla Boyacense for a traditional meal, then walked to a Tejo place to play that fun game of explosions. After that, we ended our night at Chiquita for a legendary drag show. This place is a must see!! Juani was such a wonderful guide, and we felt like friends from the moment we met her. We were smiling the rest of the trip just thinking about that night. She even walked us back to our hotel after the show! Do yourself a favor while in Bogota and hit these gals up! You won’t regret your decision.

As a family, booking the "rent a friend" tour was a good idea. We were guided by Aleja, and she adjusted the pace of the walking tour through Candelaria and Macarena to our needs (playgrounds, toilet breaks...) and we got to see the lesser trodden paths along with the backstories. The best way to get to know the city.

We had such a great three-hour private tour with Zebra Fisgona. It was a really relaxed morning walking around central Bogotá, stopping to try different coffees, fruits and local snacks along the way. The best thing was that the tour was tailored to us, so we got to see and try the things we were actually interested in rather than just doing a standard tour. We finished with lunch at Providencia Market, which was really good and a great way to finish the morning. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend Zebra Fisgona.

A wonderful and very different way to discover Bogotá. I did the six-hour Rent a Local Friend with Juanita. Before the tour, she asked me what I was interested in seeing and, talking about it, she proposed an itinerary that fit me. In my case, we started by having breakfast at the Paloquemao market, getting to know the market and trying a bunch of fruits, and then we toured La Macarena and Chapinero, which were the neighborhoods I was most interested in. But the best part was that during the day she kept adapting the tour as she got to know me. She immediately understood that I like to improvise and kept leaving space for things to come up along the way, without losing the thread of what we had planned. For example, while talking, it came up that I am a photographer and I love art, so she suggested we go into a gallery we had nearby and it was a total success. And since I had told her that a few days later I was traveling to Cartagena, she even gave me the contact of a colleague there who does specific routes for photographers. It is those little things that arise from the conversation that make you feel that the day is really designed for you. And I think that is the big difference from other tours: I never had the feeling of following a route that Juanita had repeated a hundred times. Behind Zebra Fisgona is a very personal way of understanding tourism, much more connected to the city and the people who live in it. And when someone truly believes in and enjoys what they do, it shows. Six hours flew by for me. It was a bit like discovering Bogotá with a local friend. I would recommend it 100%. ❤️

My daughter and I had a great day with Aleja. The 6hrs Rent a Friend was a perfect introduction to Bogotá tailored for my 20 year old daughter. She is studying for a year in the city and you helped us get a sense of the city, places to go and where to eat or just hang out. It was just the introduction that I was hoping for, as well seeing the main sights and trying our hand at Tejo.
