Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, and we fully understand your concern regarding the guided experience. In Qatar, most guided tours—especially those operated through leading platforms like Viator—are conducted by Driver-Cum-Guides, which is a widely accepted industry standard. These professionals are trained to deliver both safe transportation and informative commentary. However, we acknowledge that language proficiency can vary, and this may have affected your overall experience. We also want to clarify that our assigned driver has over 15 years of experience and is very knowledgeable about Qatar’s attractions and routes. It is unfortunate that the communication gap created a misunderstanding, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this caused you. Please rest assured that we take your feedback seriously. We are now reinforcing language and communication-focused training to ensure that every guest receives the level of service they expect and deserve. We truly value your trust and would appreciate the opportunity to welcome you again with a more seamless and enjoyable experience.

Thank you so much for your kind words—it truly means a lot to us. We're delighted to hear that you had an excellent trip, even more so knowing that Farhan Bhai could provide the extra care and comfort when it was most needed. We always strive to ensure our guests feel safe, cared for, and supported—especially during unexpected situations like your boys falling ill. Your appreciation of his professionalism is deeply valued, and we will be sure to recognize his efforts. Wishing your boys a speedy recovery and looking forward to welcoming you and your family again for another unforgettable journey. Our doors are always open for you.
