We did this experience before actually going out to the vortex sites, and I’m really glad we did. It helped us go in with a bit more understanding instead of just showing up and wondering what we were supposed to feel. We went over the four main vortexes, and also picked up a few simple ways to actually tune in and experience the energy for ourselves. That part honestly stood out the most for me. It made the whole idea of a vortex feel a lot more grounded and personal, rather than something abstract you just hear about. It also helped that we got a quick overview of Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa, Boynton Canyon, and Bell Rock, so we had a better sense of where we might want to go afterward. Overall, it was a really relaxed and interesting way to start exploring Sedona’s vortexes.
We're so glad it helped you go into the vortex sites with more grounding and a few simple ways to tune into the energy for yourself — that's exactly the goal. So glad it gave you a clearer sense of all four sites before exploring them in person. Thank you for such a thoughtful review! 🙏
