ロンボクプライベート旅行：4つの滝、田んぼ＆ジャングルトレッキング

This was our first time in Lombok and we really wanted to see a bit of the Island. This was a fantastic day. First we were taken to a coffee farm to see how its made, letting us try each stage of the process, then try the different coffees. The ginger one was our personal favourite and we bought some to take home. We were then taken on a tour of the rice fields. It was probably the best one I've visited and our lovely guide showed us all the different stages of rice growing before we enjoyed a fresh coconut over looking the rice fields. Next we were taken by a different guide for a trek through the forest to visit the 4 different waterfalls, each one prettier than the next. There is a lot of stairs and climbing so some sections can be a little challenging! After waterfalls we had lunch and visited the weaving village. The work these ladies do is fascinating and so intricate! So much talent, i even got to try weaving myself! I only widh i had room in my luggage for one of their beautiful pieces! Finally a shout out to Eka, our driver for the day, he was so funny trying to learn Scottish words and phrases, he had us in stitches all while keeping us safe on the manic roads!

Our guide was Habib and if you want an authentic Indonesian experience, this is the tour you need. From the unexpected scooter ride which was fun and amazing to the hidden waterfalls, delicious food, great conversations, the stop at the monkey forest, seeing the women in the village creating beautiful artworks through weaving, the rice fields and learning about the history and culture also trying to fit it all in a couple of hours. What an amazing unforgetable adventure. Thank you so much for the memories.
