It is in the home of a local. You are paired with other people. Frederico was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. He was leaving for holiday the next day and overbooked our session. We didn’t get to make pasta, but we did shape some. We also didn’t get the pizza that was promised in the description.

It was definitely fun. I did a similar one in my house years ago in USA so I was expecting a little more in Italy. I don't remember 4 course! We made three different pastas and the host made two different sauces, plenty of wine and we prepared the dessert.
We are still talking about this class. It was definitely the highlight of our trip to Bologna. I would characterize it as a journey through Italian pizza and pasta. We learnt so much and are now excited to try out everything at home. We just hope we can source the high-quality ingredients that our chef was using in his class. Also, the wine and tiramisu in the end made this class even more special.
Everything was brilliant. So well organized and you learn so much! Our Cozymeal chef was knowledgeable, engaging and very welcoming. This was our second cooking class and we are excited for more.
This was a great experience and we loved it all … It was hands on and we enjoyed the beautiful lunch afterwards. The chef gave us many hints and tips along the way. Fun way to learn about traditional food for the region of Bologna!
The chef was absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our cooking class, it was very authentic and he went above and beyond to make our activity special. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a cooking class. He shared lots of knowledge and tips about Bologna, and the tiramisu was the best we ever tasted! Thank you chef!
